We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya up to Playa del Carmen, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

Puerto Morelos
All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure and your skill inside the Mayan jungle in an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a circuit of zip lines, ATVs and also horseback riding, an interactive cenote with 2 zip lines and a jump platform, lunch with soft drinks included and a rest area.

Since I booked they called me to offer me more tours, saying that if I did not buy another one they would raise the price with a balance from a guy named Juan, the truth is the tour was very bad even my ATV broke down every time and the staff was a little rude for wanting to give me an ATV that worked well, my family was unhappy throughout the tour, in short do not go there are better tours in Mexico and with better prices.

This was one of the best excursions we’ve done! Zip line was excellent, atv was a blast my son loved it and wished that was a little longer and the cenote was great! We felt safe always and they ran everything efficiently. The tequila tasting was very fun. Eric and his crew do a great job. Highly recommended for family with teens.

Despite the fact that we had an amazing time (thanks to Gonzalo), I am so disappointed that they would not allow photo taking on quads and zip lining due to wanting to sell you their photos. This is the photo I got there. Of a drummer who then demanded I give him a tip for taking his photo. I get that they want to turn a buck for photos, but they proceeded to tell us the cost for the photos was $92!! I wanted these memories badly but only had $20 cash on me. I asked if I could purchase 4 of the photos for the $20 I had. Nope. They wouldn’t budge. Very very disappointing. Now the only photo memories I have is of the drummer who demanded a tip. Not cool.

Terrible customer service. Tour operators rushed us thru every experience. It could have been a great experience if they were not so rude and if they did not pressure you to buy more upgrades like a timeshare person. Felt like we were being herded like cattle. They would not allow us to take pictures on ATV or Zipline. I have always been able to take pics on zipline the previous six places I have ziplined at. The cenote was beautiful and fun but we only got about 30 minutes at cenote. Got to the park around 2;30 and did not start activities until about 3:30 and was rushed to lunch and left park around 5:00. The lunch was a joke. You had to pay extra for water, chips and dip. Only the tacos were included in the lunch. I have booked many excursions in Mexico but this one was the worst excursion I have ever been on. I recommend you find another excursion company.
