We will depart from the maritime zone of Puerto Juarez towards Isla Mujeres where we will be able to contemplate during the journey up to 5 different shades of the beautiful turquoise sea of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Remember that you can bring your own drinks and ice, we have coolers available for you.

Before arriving at the Island we will get off the boat to do the snorkeling activity, you can bring your own snorkeling equipment or we have goggles for you, (snorkel tube not included 5 usd approx).

Once we have finished the snorkeling activity in the reef and part of the MUSA sculptures, we will go to Isla Mujeres.

You will have free time to get to know the island on your own, but first we will take you to the best beach in Mexico, Playa Norte, where we will see part of the marine life very closely with a sea level of just 1 meter.

We will enjoy lunch at the best private beach club in Isla Mujeres, the Ice Bar where you can taste typical regional food in a large buffet (drinks not included).

Now yes, it is time for free time, we suggest you rent a golf cart and visit to take a picture in the tourist letters, or relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

We are ready to return to Cancun again with a nice family atmosphere and music on the boat.

We enjoyed a beautiful day on the water on this catamaran and the service was great. However, at the end of our trip we agreed to buy a package of professional photos taken by a photographer on board for 40 US. We paid by credit card and were supposed to receive the photos digitally by the email provided. It has been 6 weeks and we have still not received them. We emailed Cancun Adventures a month ago hoping to resolve the issue a month ago but haven’t received a response. I would strongly advise against buying the photo package since there doesn’t seem to be any recourse to get them. They do not send them at the time of purchase, but tell you that you will receive them within 24 hours.

We booked this trip through our travel agency. The week we booked we were told that it had been windy so the trip might not be available but to check back the day before to make sure all was good.

We went back to the agent the day before and he had called and it was all good to go. Since we were coming from Playacar we were picked up at 6am and then didn’t get to Cancun until 8am (yup…a two hour trip) to be told we would not be able to do any of the activities because of the weather. While I understand that these decisions were made for safety, it would’ve been nice to know this BEFORE we made the 2 hour round the hotels of Cancun and Playacar to be stuck in Cancun with no option to postpone for another day. If we had known that we wouldn’t of been able to do the paddleboarding or the snorkeling there’s no way we would’ve chosen this excursion.

For people thinking about this excursion. Make sure they tell you beforehand if there’s a chance you won’t be able to do the activities.

For the company. You need to be clear with your attendees of what to expect, and LET THEM KNOW if they’re about to take a trip that will disappoint them.

We had an excellent time. Our guide, Terri, on boat 8 was top notch. The food was far better than expected and the drinks kept flowing until we were dockside once again. We choose the sunset sail and the views were great!

If you’re really looking to snorkel on this trip, don’t bother. We were probably in the water maybe 15 minutes, disappointing. Drinks were good tho. Food not so good. Was not worth the $109./pp. Would have liked an hour max visiting island, got too long. Our girl guide did a good job tho. Next time I will book a trip myself with just snorkeling.

The excursion was fun, it was a full day. We had a lot of time on the island which was nice. We visited the beach with no seaweed!!! The boat was a bit small and crammed full. The snorkelling was fun but if you want something grand go to the coral reef excursion, did this one before and it was amazing. We had great staff on boat 7, Selena and the rest of the crew. Overall it was a good experience and day trip.
