This tour does not have transportation service from your hotel, we will meet you at the dock where the boat sets sail.

We will depart from the maritime zone of Puerto Juarez towards Isla Mujeres where we will be able to contemplate during the journey up to 5 different shades of the beautiful turquoise sea of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Remember that you can bring your own drinks and ice, we have coolers available for you.

Before arriving at the Island we will get off the boat to do the snorkeling activity, you can bring your own snorkeling equipment or we have goggles for you, (snorkel tube not included 5 usd approx).

Once we have finished the snorkeling activity in the reef and part of the MUSA sculptures, we will go to Isla Mujeres.

You will have free time to get to know the island on your own, but first we will take you to the best beach in Mexico, Playa Norte, where we will see part of the marine life very closely with a sea level of just 1 meter.

We will enjoy lunch at the best private beach club in Isla Mujeres, the Ice Bar where you can taste typical regional food in a large buffet (drinks not included).

Now yes, it is time for free time, we suggest you rent a golf cart and visit to take a picture in the tourist letters, or relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

We are ready to return to Cancun again with a nice family atmosphere and music on the boat.

We booked this for my boyfriends birthday during our trip to Mexico and it was amazing! I searched around and this one was a bit more expensive but the food and experience looked worth it. I was right! David was our guide and the staff was so awesome. We had plenty of room, no worries about COVID safety as the staff was all prepared. The boat was really fun, great service, and the food was good! The snorkeling was great, they really let us explore but feel safe. Overall it was a perfect day! We explored Isla Mujeres with a golf cart and I highly recommend going all the way south to the end of the island. There was a beautiful cliff to explore. We had a magical day and the staff here did a fantastic job. Worth it!

The day was sunny and warm. The staff met us at the office after being picked up at the hotel. All Covid 19 Protocols where enforced. After a slight traffic delay we arrived at the office and were met by our tour guide and crew. (A group of amazing people). The staff food and service were excellent as again were the guidelines for Covid. I felt very comfortable. The boat was very clean and the attention to detail was awesome. The boat stopped and we did some easy snorkeling and saw many fish and several stingrays. Lunch was after this as the cocktails continued to flow. A nice ride back to port to end a great day.

Having a horrible time reaching anyone. Booked this trip last night for today. Called the number to confirm hotel pick up, was a recording all in Spanish and no option to talk to anyone.
Called the number given for ‘questions about your tour’ this morning, told I was supposed to call 24 hours beforehand and not able to take this 11:42 tour because it was booked less than 24 hours beforehand! Was told to call viator about it which is also a Spanish recording with no access to a live person! Tried seeing if by cancelling i could get someone, no only online and if I cancel I will lose 100% of what I paid because its less than 24 hours before. So I’ve lost $238 for booking a trip with a place that shouldn’t have let me if i had to book 24 hours in advance. Horrible, horrible customer service, will not use them ever again!

We had a great time my son enjoyed the snorkeling, the tour guide Bryan was able help him with the snorkeling, which was awesome. We were able to purchase some nice family photos from this trip. The staff was all very friendly.
