This was such a good deal for the price. A van picked my group of 5 up from our hotel and we drove maybe 30-40 minutes to the event site. Once there we checked in and were grouped with a few more people for the activities. We started with the swim in the cenote. I can’t swim but I was able to put on a life jacket and splash around in the water as well as venture out into the middle of the water on some ropes strung across the cenote opening. It was beautiful there. The other group members either zip lined into the water or dove off a cliff into the water. So much fun.
Next, we did the zip line course. I’ve done more extensive courses before but this was decent for what we paid for. After that we hit the ATVs. This was my first time driving one and I was not good at it. After getting one ATV stuck in the mud and running another into some bushes, I ended up riding behind a guide which worked out a lot better for me. He was an excellent ATV driver and I had a great time ripping through the mud with him!
Finally, we sat to eat the provided lunch, which was 2 tasty tacos. Our driver collected us and we had a nice quiet ride back to our hotel.
A few tips:
-The mosquitoes are BAD there. I’d suggest spraying down with 100% deet before going here and bringing the deet with you as it will come off in the cenote. I had on basic bug repellent and was more or less eaten alive
-For the ATV rides, wear shoes you don’t care for or get some swim shoes or water repellent shoes. That mud was serious and red and got all over my decent sneakers. There’s a place to rinse them off, but nothing other than being washed in a washing machine will really get them clean. I also suggest bringing a change of shoes, just in case.
-Get the photo package. You can only bring your phone, or any personal items, to the cenote. Otherwise for zip lining and ATVs, no one can take their own pictures. Luckily, for the 5 of us, the pictures turned out to be about $20 each.
-The tacos, while tasty, aren’t a filling lunch. Bring snacks or eat a full breakfast before heading to this site.
Overall, great experience and the staff were all great! Just cheerful, happy folks and who wouldn’t be, zip lining and riding ATVs all day.

I went in October with my friend and it was so much fun! The stafff is soo nice and I loved their vibes. Biking, zip ling, and the swimming was exciting. The food was good too. Our group was great and we met the most amazing people.

This was my second time going on the tour! It was amazing! The staff were very professional and patient with everyone involved. They practiced social distancing and ensure everyone maintained proper distance. The tacos for lunch were great!

Usually such activities get good reviews because they are fun and most people enjoy it, but what matters is when something goes wrong how the operator of the tour reacts and how much they care.
In the beginning of the tour (cenote + zipline + atv) we were told that we cannot take any camera with us. I asked if I can attach my action camera to my chest, and they said no only on your head! Then we started with the cenote and there were no reason we couldn’t use cameras! and the staff were fine with it too! just gave us wrong info at first. Long story short I jumped with my camera attached to my head and it went into the water. I know I risked it, and I told the tour guide it can happen before jumping but she said try to keep it with your hand and it’s fine.
I know I risked it, but if it was attached to my chest (as I had planned) it would never happen. The worst part was how the staff reacted to this. Minimum possible care. The way they behaved made me sure that they DO NOT want to do anything about it and possibly they recover these camera from the the bottom for themselves.
The tour guide was totally ignoring me when I was asking if they have anyone diving in. She suddenly changed and after the incident she was just ignoring me!! then I learned from another person that a diver actually works there! I brought this up to the tour guide and she was like: “who told you this” !!
I tried to talk to other staff and finally the manager there, and although he promised they will follow up with the diver, but after the calls I had with them the next days I realized they just do no want to anything about it and it’s a waste of time.
Again, the activities are relatively good (except zipline which are so basic), but if you face any trouble there will be no help or care.
Just tru to book with other tours with better reviews.
