Each part of this trip was great but my favorite was the snorkeling! We saw turtles and sting rays! The cenote was also amazing. David was FABULOUS and honestly he made the trip. We loved Natalia and our driver Toribio too!

We had Laura as our guide and she’s amazing! She speaks 3 languages and it came in handy for our group! I did this tour while 4 months pregnant and she was super attentive! I chose to do this and was able to to walk the tulum ruins, snorkel and go into the cenote cave. It was the right amount of time for us for each activity. We saw turtles & sting rays while snorkelling. The cenote caves are dark inside so be prepared for some rocky paths but they give you water shoes. There’s a lunch at the cenote caves afterwards. We really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this!

Multifaceted trip that was mildly adventurous and worth every penny. First stop, Tulum ruins, which can be a zoo but was only slightly crowded. We had been solo before but were glad we had a Mayan guide (Julio) that was very educational and provided insight that we would not have known by just reading the provided signs. Second stop, snorkeling, the seas were mildly rough due to the wind. The gear and instructions were top notch. A few struggled because they hadn’t snorkeled before but our guide Diana provided them flotation and they floated with us, dipping their masks in periodically and then were perfectly comfortable. Saw many fish, a rebounding coral reef, turtles and rays, good fun! Third stop, closed cenote and a great lunch. The cenote is a must see and was also very educational due to Diana’s expertise. Being somewhat of a control freak, I prefer to drive everywhere but our van driver Roldolfo was superb and navigated both highways and rough country roads in a way that put me at ease. Well done Diana and Rodolfo! We will include you again on our next trip.

The whole tour hosted by Arturito with Neftali driving was great! The van was well airconditioned and comfortable. Arturito gave us a great lesson on the history of the area, equipped with an ipad with pictures for reference. We made one quick stop to pick up Wendy the photographer (who takes beautiful photos throughout the day). Once at Tulum we saw the ruins, learned about the people and of course took some amazing pictures. There was a fully stocked cooler of water in the van waiting for us, which was much appreciated given the extremely hot day we had. From there we went a few kilometers up the road to the beach where we got our snorkel gear, we did a little photo shoot with Wendy on the beach before heading out to the reef. Arturito was very vocal the whole time and kept an eye on all 10 of us to make sure we stuck together as group and nobody wandered too far away. He was also keeping an eye out for schools of fish or turtle sightings. We were lucky enough to get to see a sea turtle and a stingray during out time. Wendy the photographer was also in the water taking pictures of the group above water, underwater, pictures of the coral and the other sea life. After we returned to shore we were able to rinse off at a beach shower before boarding the bus for the cenote tour (cave part). We were given a snack bag in the van with a delicious spinach and cheese empanada. Once we arrived to the cave site the team on site already had the lunch ready to go, there were several options of empanadas, meats and sides (rice, beans, vegetable mix, tortillas, etc.). Along with 2 fresh juice options in addition to water. After lunch we were provided water shoes (you can also bring your own) for the cave tour. The cave tour by far was my favorite part as it was an experience I had never had before and once again Arturito went above and beyond to make sure we all had an understanding of the history and significance of these caves. You do a mix of wading and swimming through the natural spring waters while taking in the sights of the stalactites and stalagmites. The total time inside the cave was probably about an hour, Wendy was also there to take pictures. Once out of the cenote there was amble time to shower again, dry off, relax and review the pictures Wendy had taken throughout the day before boarding the van for the return back to our hotel. The picture package is $40 USD and in my opinion totally worth every penny (you can pay cash or credit card) We received our pictures via email within 24 hours. The photos captured the amazing memories from the day. 10/10 would recommend this trip!!

Our guide Arturo (a.k.a. R2D2) was AWESOME and our driver Neftale and photographer Wendy were fabulous! This excursion was the best part of our trip to Cancun. First of all, it was great to have a small group of only 10 people. We were picked up from our hotel on time in an air-conditioned van. Right off the bat Arturo gave us a group name (Tequila Boom Boom) so we could always find our group or our guide by calling out our group name. The ruins in Tulum were rad! Since it was hot out, we were given umbrellas to protect us from the sun, this was much appreciated! The snorkeling was very cool, we saw a stingray, a turtle, and several fishes. Lunch was delicious. THE BEST PART OF THE TOUR WAS THE CENOTE. Walking down into the cave, you can see why the Mayans believed this was the entrance to the underworld. We saw a few fruit bats and fishes. The water in the cave was cool and refreshing, and the rock formations inside were amazing! The caves were beautiful and intriguing. We bought the photo package, totally worth it for $40. All in all, the tour was INCREDIBLE.
