Our driver Berto picked us up right on time and was a very safe and helpful driver. The van was very clean, had great AC, and was well stocked with cold waters and delicious snacks. Our tour guide Rafael was very knowledgeable, personable, and made our experience more enjoyable. The Tulum ruins were very beautiful. Even though we arrived upon opening, it was very hot and crowded. I highly recommend taking the umbrellas they offer you for sun protection. The snorkeling was a nice way to cool off. Don’t let the rough current intimidate you, Rafael and his boat mates kept up very safe. While snorkeling we were able to see a barracuda, sting rays, and 4 turtles. The photographer did a great job at taking pictures of us swimming with the turtles. We swam and walked through the cenotes which were breathtakingly beautiful. Rafael provides us with great knowledge and history behind the cenotes and their formations. This was the highlight of our excursion. The buffet lunch was the perfect way to end the trip with delicious and homemade tacos and rice and beans. I highly recommend this excursion. Thank you Berto and Rafael!

Want to start this with Sarah and George were awesome no problems with them at all. When we booked we seen the pictures of beautiful beaches, cenotes with natural light coming in that looked beautiful. This was not the case. The snorkeling was in a lagoon which was nice but not what was in the pictures what so ever. No beach, no boats and no reef. The cenote we went to was pitch black, had three flash lights for the 12 of us. Yea seeing the formations was neat but not at all what is shown in the pictures. Best part of the day was the authentic Mexican meal at the cenote. Definitely false advertising, would not go again or recommend.

The excursion far exceeded our expectations. Our guide Mariano was amazing. I’ve been in caves and cenotes but never a cenote in a cave. What a rare find. The lunch that was provided had something for everyone. It was quite delicious, drinks and second helping were offered. The ruins sat on a cliff overlooking the beautiful ocean. I also thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling. But I must say the cenote was my favorite part.

I initially left a 5-star review. I appreciate how Alejandra went out of her way to make my son’s birthday special. Juan Luis was a fantastic driver and help along the way. Guille showed us some amazing pictures which I purchased but never received. We were told the pictures would be emailed the same night, and then I reached out when I did not receive them, and they said within 72 hours. Well, here we are almost a week later, and still no pictures. I will definitely be following up with my CC company. Very disappointing after a great outing.
