Pastor was a great hostess, very knowledgeable and kind and looked out for us always. Very sweet man

Chichen Itza is worth a visit, be aware of the overpriced souvenirs inside the park. We paid $10 for a magnet due to language barrier. Overall, the tour is well planned out with some free time to explore on your own

Best way to visit one of the seven wonders with Martin and Norma. Multilingual guides with AC transportation and enough time in the itinerary to have an amazing time at each location. Beautiful weather, locations and good food! Very fun, would do again

This experience was very bad! We had a tour guide name Tino! I hope to god that you don’t end up with this guy! He talk so much that we couldn’t even enjoy our trip.
First of all we book this trip because we thought it was all inclusive? But it wasn’t! There a catch for every little thing! First they charged us $30 USD for tax to get into the facility of chichan itza. They said it’s mandatory but I heard few people didn’t even pay that tax! Anyways!
We drove 2:30 hours away to the place and this guy would not stop talking the whole trip. This guide TINO….He said he was a teacher! He needs to go back to teaching elementary school kids!
We got to the place and instead of spending minimal time there in the hot weather walking around for 2 hours!!!!!! For no reason! The whole place is only good for 30 min! We were walking around and the locals won’t leave you alone about buying stuff! Again they charging over priced souvenir. TINO took us to a vendor there that he said he trusted and he kept saying that we are gonna help kids with their education if we buy things from these people he called Mayans!
They are praying on the tourist! Then after not listening to tino and not buying anything from those vendors we end up leaving there and going to cenotes!
At the cenotes entrance we had to pay for life jackets that are mandatory and that was another cost that was hidden in this trip! You have to get life vest and LOCKERS!
This trip comes with buffet but the food was so trash and old that no one wanted to eat! ALSO THE FOOD WAS FREE BUT EVEN FOR A WATER WE HAD TO PAY! How is anyone gonna eat without anything to drink ?
What ? That was crazy to me!
The cenote was the best part of this trip and they only allowed minimal amount of time 2 hours for swimming and eating!!!
AGAIN WHO WANTS TO EAT AND SWIM AFTER ?
Who ever is in charge of planning this trip should get fired! This guide name TINO Shouldn’t continue doing this because he is awful at this job!
SAT tours and guides are TRASH. If I had the means to sue this company I would have done so! They are a scam.
They were serving beer to the customers and I think they were drinking too including the driver? Idk if that’s illegal in Mexico but very concerning!
EVERYTHING THEY OFFERD WAS UP CHARGED AND THEY HAD HIDDEN FEES EVERYWHERE WE WENT.
I am so disappointed.
Do not do this tour!
JUST DO THE CENOTE TOUR THAT ONLY TAKES YOU TO CENOTES BECAUSE THE REST IS WASTE OF TIME!
