Tiring, but so worth it! They provide you with unlimited water bottles (which was so important because Chichen Itza was so hot!) I recommend bringing an umbrella as well if you’re not a fan of the sun. Also, our guides Sanny, Pastor, and Alfredo were so helpful and accommodating. The Chichen Itza tour was informative and concise, and they give you enough time to roam around and shop at the locations as well. Lastly, loved the tequila tasting! If you like supporting local and love alcohol, then that tequila shop is for you. Definitely recommend!

This was an amazing tour. Luis and Martin were fabulous tour guides. Be advised this is a very long day. We left the hotel around 0745 and returned around 2015. Luis was very good and energetic guide telling us all about the history of the Mayans, their calendar and Chichen Itza. When we got there the sun was blazing, but I had an umbrella so I was okay. At one point it did get hard to concentrate because it was so hot and I was sweating so much. Once we got back on the bus, the A/C wasn’t blowing as hard as we thought it would and a lot of the participants were very uncomfortable. We then went to the Cenote. I found the grounds beautiful and very social media picture worthy. I didn’t go in the Cenote water, but it was beautiful to take the steps down and see the waterfalls. Nature in it’s most natural forms were absolutely beautiful. We also had lunch on the grounds and I had the best beans and rice in my life. Everything I ate was delicious, but that was the stand out food for me. We then went to Valladolid and only had 30 minutes there. I did a little shopping and got some coconut ice cream, which was delicious on that hot day. We headed back to Cancun and had to transfer to a smaller van, like in the morning, in order to get back to the hotel. Overall it was a great tour, with enthusiastic and passionate guides. If you’re up for a long day, I’d definitely recommend this tour.

It was a great trip! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Samuel and Pastor were great! Initially there were no spots and we contacted SAT tours and they immediately helped us get a tour! The bud had great AC and the drive was lovely. The tour guides The were bilingual as well and very informative they educated us with Great imagery that helps us well capture the history in Chichen itza , they were funny as well. Great vibes. The trip started with everyone getting picked up at the picking up points. Once that occurred , we went to Chichen itza please know it’s hot so bring sunscreen, the tour guides provide masks and water as well. There’s a charge for soft drinks but not water. that’s fine we only drank water to stay hydrated. You have two hours in Chichen itza , 1 hour optional tour and 1 hour free time. after that 2 hours at the cenote. With a lunch buffet with good food. After that we went to valladolid which was fast but you can go to little shops and free tequila tasting and you aren’t obligated to buy anything if you don’t want. After that they take you back to your hotels. Overall great trip would recommend to anyone!
