I paid $45 for this tour. If I was to take a direct bus with AC, it would cost $20 to $30 roundtrip. And the buffet with cenote entrance cost $15. That is everything that is included and the tequilla I think doesn’t cost them anything (read more below). So if I do this on my own it would cost me $35 to $45 total.
The bus has air conditioning which is nice after you get back from baking in the sun in Chichen Itza. It also has overhead bin for your stuff. You can carry as much stuff as you want and leave your stuff in the bus between stops. The buffet was good and have many different mexican foods and also spaghetti for picky eater kids. You have 2 hours for eating and swimming so there are actually not much time to swim because you have to change and shower before and after swimming too. The tequilla tasting I think is free and did not cost the tour company anything because I saw the shop would take anyone in and hope that they will buy some tequilla after tasting.
Bring pesos because 571 pesos (see 2 tickets in my photo) is $28.55 and not $30. Also I’m writing this review while seating on their bus using their wifi because at the end they give out wifi access for you to write reviews.

A good tour to visit chichen itza, we were picked up from our hotel and we had to call them to get the pick up time since we weren’t contacted with the time. The drive arou d 3 hours till chichen itza and we stopped at a rest in our way. We had like 45 minutes of free tour at chichen itza after the guided tour. Then we went to the cenote to swim. You have to rent a locker and a life vest. There is a place to change your clothes. We ended the tour at valladolid for around 30 minutes.
Our guide luis we knowledgable and informative but he missed being friendly and cheerful. It could be an off day for him.
Overall i recommend the tour for visiting chenchin itza.

Lots of info on Mayan culture and Chichen Itza. Cenote was very refreshing to seeing in. No forced stops to buy souvenirs, which was much appreciated. Luis was very entertaining, provided a lot of helpful tips, and kept the group on a punctual schedule.
