The tour is perfect for everyone who wants to visit the chichen itza and cenote. We had a great day visiting these places. Edwin and Jose our guides were very helpful, we had complete great experience because of them. Highly recomended this tour! 100% recommeend

I was skeptical about booking this just because of all the horror stories you hear of being scam, but this was totally worth the risk. They picked us up at our hotel at the time they said they would. Edwin (our tour guide) was welcoming and filled with energy throughout the entire day! He is also very knowledgeable about the culture and the sites we visited. The buffet was amazing! Swimming in the Cenote was so refreshing, make sure you jump in! I suggest you walk with a water proof camera or a case for you phone as the picture opportunities are amazing. To end the trip off we got some free delicious tequila tasting, definitely suggest buying some bottles to take home. Trust me you’ll be thinking about it if you don’t.
To Edwin and José,
Thank you guys for your hospitality and uplifting energy! You’re definitely doing an amazing job, more than what anyone would expect from a tour guide. Keep being amazing people. 10/10

Cesar was amazing!! The driver with him was great too. I honestly didn’t think I would like it as much as I did and I would recommend this to anyone who visits.

Edwin was an amazing tour guide and Jose a fantastic driver. We had a blast at the cenote and the authentic food by that area was some of the best on our trip. Chichen Itza was incredible and Edwin helped demonstrate the architecture through group activities (clapping, exclaiming, etc.) so we could see how there is truly an amphitheater effect. All in all safe and quality trip that we would do again. I brought my risk adverse parents and husband and my parents kicked a$$ jumping into the cenote!

The tour guide was amazing. Samuel and Ceaser were awesome. I would recommend this. You must be wondering why 3 stars. The reason being the way we were picked up. We stayed at Bahia principe Coba and we were picked up by a van which then transferred us to the big bus. Unfortunately we were not aware of this and we were kinda concerned when the van driver took a different long route and on top of that driver didn’t speak English and it was very difficult for us. After messaging the sat Mexico tours we got to know that van driver was actually picking up more people on the way before dropping us off to the big bus. For first time visitors it would be very helpful if they can let us know about this transfer well in advance. Also the buffet option was not so great especially if you like to get vegetarian food. The food was tasteless and my suggestion is unless you are pure non vegetarian who can eat pork ham etc you will be able to get more options from the lunch buffet.
I would recommend for someone who are looking at this tour to make sure your hotel is mentioned in the pick up locations list. If not then you will have to fist go through van and then big bus. Best option is to drive if you can rent a car and avoid the hassle. Ultimately you can save couple of hours and add another location to your trip.
