We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This park is the best thing I have ever done! The pick-up service made sure we were there for the park opening and the return service ensured you got maximum time at the park – The buses were uniquely decorated and with good air on which are added bonuses

The park itself is unreal, with such a variety of wildlife everywhere! The large animals Dolphins, Stingrays & Manatees all looked happy and healthy and on multiple occasions throughout the day we witnessed trainers/handlers just getting into the areas with them to give them attention and feed them

The variety of fish is mind blowing when snorkelling or doing the extra paid activities. The macaws are absolutely stunning and their colours are so vibrant. The lizards running round look like dinosaurs some of them are that big it’s only fascinating

The lighthouse water slide was brilliant and provide the most breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The lazy river was a nice break off your feet after the long walks round. Even without purchasing extra activities you will not be bored at this place !

We paid for the following extra activities – SeaTrek & Stingray Encounter

SeaTrek – Such a unique experience, it felt like someone had put a tropical fish bowl on your head that you can breathe normally in. I have never seen so many fish in my life. All the staff were very conscious of how you felt and made you tell them you were okay with hand signals during the trek.

StingRay Encounter – I would have spent all day doing this it was that fun. The stingrays themselves were fascinating and being able to touch one and have them swim on you well being told everything about them was just incredible ! – I would honestly say if you go to this park this is worth paying the extra money for, the handlers in this area were also very conscious of the animals well-being and showed us that they have open access to swim in and out of the park as they please!

This park is absolutely amazing and definitely worth every single penny

This place is so much fun. It’s perfect for teens and adults. I wouldn’t take little kids there. The food was good and I loved how you can get pictures of all the fun things you do. Worth the money right there. Take water shoes with you or your own snorkeling gear but you can rent the snorkeling gear for free.

I was blown away by this place. This park is an animal lover and thrillseekers dream. Throw away any expectations of an amusement park from the US or EU, this place feels like a national park with the occasional Zipline, waterslide, or other attraction.

You will see many animals in very decent conditions, many of them wild living in the jungles of the parks hiking trails including coati, iguanas, and cichlids in the parks multiple cenotes.

My only complaint would be that they have captive dolphins, which I am personally against, but they are in a natural lagoon with wild fish to chase, much better than the terrible tanks at SeaWorld. The aquarium you can swim in and has many fun species. We got to touch stingrays without paying the extra fee. Many times you will forget you are in a park. Loved it and will probably go to another xcaret park in the future.

This place is amazing, food is really good, the staff are great. The lazy river is one of the best experiences ever. This would get 5 stars but they do keep dalphins in captivity. most educated people know this is extremely cruel. This place is definitely worth the money and a great day out, but keeping dolphins locked in for our entertainment when they should have the whole Ocean is clearly wrong
