We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place was awesome. 10/10 would recommend. Many of the experiences cost extra but were absolutely worth it. The staff is incredible and attentive. They remind of the employees at Disney, all happy to be there and ready to help make your day perfect. We did the dolphin swim, manatee encounter, and the cenote snuba.

This park exceed my expectations a lot! We had a fantastic day out here and the fact that it was an all inclusive park with food and drink included was a big bonus! The food at lunchtime was amazing and very traditionally Mexican (we went to the Mexican restaurant). We decided to go snorkeling in the morning and unexpectedly swum with a Sting Ray! It is something I will never forget. We also did Sea Trekking as an activity at this park. Visabity wasn’t as clear as some other countries I have done this in but the Seaweed is bad in Mexico in May. Unfortunately, the Sea Trekk activity we originally booked was cancelled due to poor visabilty which was fine, but we had to pay an extra 10 USD to do the other one! The man on the photo pass desk decided to tell us this AFTER we had purchased our photo passes which was bad. This should have been mentioned first and the park should not be charging extra money for an activity THEY have cancelled. The photo passes are 100% worth the money as there is many fun opportunities to take photos around the park, even in the water! A great experience that I would definitely do again on my next trip to Mexico. The Xcaret parks are definitely something not to miss! 5 stars!

Unfortunately the seaweed is completely covered the park. Looks like they didn’t k own how to deal with it and a lot of the park was closed off. Water is green and no point in snorkeling. Real bummer because either out the clear water it’s hard to justify visiting the park.
