We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is my second time visiting this park and it absolutely doesn’t disappoint. You get an all inclusive day when you purchase your ticket. We added on the photo package which cost $30 as we booked with TUI we got 50% off. There are numerous other dream activities you can add on, in 2019 I did the adrenalina boat but we chose to not do this time as we didn’t want to have to be somewhere at a specific time.
We arrived quite early so we were lucky that we got to do some bits before they became very busy and this was a fabulous experience. Everything feels very safe at the park, we did cliff jumping, zip lining, cenotes, rope swing, lazy river and numerous other activities in the day.
We had the most amazing day, it was my partners first time visiting the park and she absolutely loved it as well and would go back in a heartbeat.
The parks are pricey but I absolutely think it is worth it. Make sure you have reef safe sun cream.
10/10 would recommend and would go again.

Solo female from UK.

Lots of walking (water shoes and comfy shoes are a must)

The food is brilliant (better than at my hotel)

Some good free activities, plus a few quiet spots to sneak a dip in.

Most of the main activities are extra £££ so be prepared to pay.

I found a bar no one else seemed to know about early on and drank lots.

Then I had food, and drank lots more to get my money’s worth!

A fun packed day with plenty to do for the entire family.
There is so much to do, we only arrived at lunch time due to an earlier excursion to Tulum. I wish we arrived at 9am with the other guests to see more of Xel Ha as the park is so big!

We had an amazing day with snorkelling, zip lines, cliff diving and the lazy river.

I thought about going there thinking It would be Sargasso free and would be able to make good snorkeling on a sheltered Bay, as they show in the pictures. The water was not clear, there was a lot of sargassum. The kids area is weak,only one tobogã. They put way too many people to go down the River in the mangrove, awfull! Something that could be a pleasant ride becames a sacrifice. I saw people panicking they could not move because of the crowd. Definetly not worth the money.

Fantastic day and gorgeous park! I loved our day at this park, and would return on any future trips to Mexico! There’s plenty to do without paying for extra activities, in fact we did one extra activity and I felt like we needed more time at the park! Would recommend, food and drinks are good!
