We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Price includes food/drink and all snorkel equipment. This is our second visit here and we hope to return!

Very well managed park. Price includes food/drink (including alcohol)/snorkeling equipment and storage at multiple locations for the entire day. For what you get, which includes the water activities the price is definitely worth it. We did not do any of the extra activities, there was plenty to do to fill a 9 hour day. Did the lighthouse tower 2 times. The white tubes give you the more turbulent ride. Go towards the afternoon when the lines are shorter. Special mention regarding the food which we found flavorful and wide enough variety even for vegetarian. Staff are friendly and attentive. Change and rest rooms. A high quality operation.

What a great trip out! Pick up was on time.
Not everything is free at this park. There are several experiences that are available at a price and you book there as soon as you get to the park before going in so make sure you know what you want to do beforehand. We did the sea Treak and the manatee encounter. The Sea Treak was fun with string rays swimming over you. The only negative was the visability in the water. And was quite suprised at how strong the current was under water. But still a good experience. The manatee encounter was amazing loved every bit of it! Staff where extremely helpful and friendly! Deffinatly would recommend doing that, this encounter is limited to a certain amount of people per day.
The only negative thing I have was that on arrival you walk past the dolphins which are in small water pens and it was a bit sad 2 see. Not sure if the attraction needs to be there because the place would be amazing without it!
Fist tip is that where are loads of lockers so the first lot you cone to by the parrots don’t think that those are the only ones because there are loads in the centre of the park where you also get your snorkle and fins and keep for the rest of the day. Once you have these the day is yours. As we did book 2 experience I found the day just went so fast. The lazy river takes longer than I thought but it’s brilliant. I love how there are so many things 2 do as you lazy away on such clear water! I stopped to do one cliff dive! But there is also a zip wire and a few other things to do as well. The main snorkle area is massive as well with loads of fish by the steps that take you into the water. I really wish we had more time to do more snorkling. There is just to much to do in one day here. I will deffinatly be returning. The food is good as well plenty to eat and the drinks are massive not that we had much time 2 sit down for a drink. The day we went it was a bit cloudy which was actually a good thing because you are out in the open all day so strong water proof factor is a must and a biodegradable one as well. It gets HOT. And take water shoes because your walking around alot and in and out of the water all day so these are great. Better than losing flip flops!
All in all we had such a great day really is so much fun if you love being in the water!
The manatee encounter made it for me you get to feed them and swim with them. They are just so cute! Didn’t realise how big they where intill they are swimming under you. Loved them so much!!!!
Can’t wait to go back some day soon I hope.

We visited Xel park and added the option of one hour with dolphins. It was an amazing experience interacting with these beautiful intelligent animals. An activity that we will always remember and highly recommended!
We were allowed to swim with them stroke and gently touch them under professional instruction in the beautiful natural setting of the park. Plenty of other water activities to do it really was a full days’ adventure and worth every penny.

This is a must do. We snorkeled all day. Its a beautiful place and it all you can eat and drink(alcohol include) for around $75 each adult Loved it.
