We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

If you do not know what to do after coming to Cancun, this is the place where you want to go. For 80$ all inclusive ticket, you can do most of the activities and Breakfast and Lunch and all drinks are included from Morning 8:00 AM to eveing 18:00PM.
The main problem that many people face here is lack of time to do all the activites in a single day. But it was a great place for many activities.

What a fun day, and the big surprise was that the food was fantastic! Photopass was a total rip-off – they wanted $120 for our images on disc. Everything else was super fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids age 5-12 all enjoyed it. Probably a better experience for those who can swim proficiently but they do provide life jackets everywhere which is great.

We loved Xel-Ha. It is expensive but really worth it. Stunning scenery and beautifully maintained. We felt like we were getting 5 star treatment and were there on probably one of the busiest days, 31st Dec. The lagoon is so beautiful, it’s clean, you get towels, snorkels and flippers. There are all you can eat buffets and all drinks are included too. The food was excellent, loads of choice and really nice staff. Also the restaurants are beautiful, gorgeous palapas with really nice furniture. Compare to the plastic seats elsewhere at other theme parks and you will appreciate!

While we were there the weather wasn’t great – including a torrential downpour – but we couldn’t have been in a better place. For little kids (ours are 5 and 2) there’s a great play area. We also did the lazy river which was a bit long for the 2 year old but would be brilliant if your kids will get out into the water and onto the ziplines you pass.

Totally recommend. highlight of our fab holiday. Since coming back the 2 year old has asked daily to go to the ‘waterpark’.

Oh, buy water shoes before you go if you need them. We didn’t have and didn’t need, but if we had, they’re 35 USD there!! But you do fine with bare feet or flippers in the water.

Kids loved the water attractions, the snorkeling was great, but tough to lug the gear everywhere. Saw fish, jumped off cliffs, zip line etc. Food was average for all you can eat/drink type places. Staff was so so. Get there early if you can.

This is a nice area, lots of well design paths for walking and exploring. The snorkeling is not that great. The food was decent, and available all day long. Too bad to see the places like these continue to keep dolphins in small pools just to sell the experience to swim with them for tourists.
