We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We did the snuba cenotes which was really fun with our tour guide Vidal (bidal)? He made sure we were comfortable and took the time to help me get adjusted when my ears wouldn’t pop. Very fun experience. We also did the dolphin swim. That was so pretty to see. Towards the end, they had all four dolphins jump in the air and it was magnificent.

Traveling with a power wheelchair user. The pathways were good, some pretty bumpy with trees in the paths but he was able to maneuver it well. I bought my families tickets online for the discount but i had heard disability gets a discount so bought his at the window and they gave him 70% off since he wasn’t going to do any activities so that was nice! Food was good my 14 year old daughter was happy they had traditional fast food like chicken nuggets. they had a couple of buffets also with a lot of choices. There really was to much to do in a day and we didn’t get around to everything because we to the dolphin encounter and additional cost, i would prob just skip that it was spendy and my kids ended up disappointed the didn’t really do much with them ( but i didn’t know riding the dophin was an option but of course an additional charge).
Bring your ID or take a picture ! I didn’t and had to scramble through my phone to find a picture of it thank goodness they do check the person and the CC that the tickets were bought from.

So much to do, and see. BEAUTIFUL!!!! The kids had a blast. Just relax and float or do the slides. We had a blast.

I had a great experience at Xel-Ha when visiting with my friends for the day in May. the activities were absolutely the highlights, to get to the cliff-diving, ropes courses, water-ziplining etc. we had a choice to take a train or bike through the jungle, and then go through a mangrove forest either on an inner-tube (1-person or 2) or snorkel through. We loved this part so much we got out and did it again, biking both times, using the inner tube the first round hand snorkeling the second. There are so many gorgeous fish and upside-down jellyfish which as animal scientists we were very excited to see. My friends enjoyed the cliff diving and I loved the ropes course and particularly zip-lining into the water. I have to say that I was really disappointed to see how small the enclosures were for the dolphins and manatees, otherwise my review would be 5-stars. The food was good, I wouldn’t say better than my resorts, and I felt it was strange that breakfast didn’t open until an hour-ish after everyone’s busses arrived, meaning there was quite a long line to be seated (although there are lots of seats and I think people got in rather quickly once it had opened). The water slide and floating bridge were also very fun and the staff were excellent.

the all inclusive was a great deal! the tubing in the mangroves, the buffet and margaritas were excellent. ALL staff (with the exception of one towel guy) were outstanding and so friendly. We had a great day, worth every peny.
