We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Honestly one of the best days ever!! We all loved this trip and it really was a fabulous day. Kids aged 6, 10 and 11 all really enjoyed it.

Directions and signage inside the park are poor at best. It would be nice if there was something or someone that offered some help…for example, begin by getting a locker, next get your snorkel, mask and fins, etc. Instead, there is very little explanation as to how to get your snorkel items. I have been to quite a few cenotes between Cancun and Tulum…most right off highway 307 are nice and clean, plenty of fish, water is crystal clear, and they cost about $15-20 to enter. The cenotes at Xel-ha are full of garbage, peoples clothing, plastic snorkels, and garbage litter the bottom of the cenotes…the lagoon is much worse. More garbage is seen in the lagoon than fish. I think my family and I saw about 8-10 fish throughout the 3 hours we spent snorkeling around. The pictures you see online of people swimming with fish and turtles….absolutely bogus nonsense. The water is cloudy, and dirty. I am giving this rating 2 stars only because the buffet was really good….definitely the best part of this trip. As stated, the cenotes off the highway are much much better, and a fraction of the cost to visit and swim than the $100pp you pay for Xel-ha.

a complete paradise It is one of the most beautiful parks that I have known. You can ride a bike, snorkel, see manta rays and fish underwater. It also has water games such as zip lines and slides you can also fly a kite relax in mangroves, swim in the most beautiful sea you have ever seen and eat open bar It’s just beautiful! It is a park that takes you all day, because in addition to all the activities that you do and that are included in the ticket, there are beautiful outdoor activities and additional activities, perfect for all ages.
This park is just so much fun and wonderful!! ✨💗

Dolphin experience was pretty cool but different than I expected; lots of groups doing the same thing, so it seemed distracting. Adorable dolphins and friendly trainers. Didn’t appreciate the high selling pressure for earth friendly tanning lotion when 5 steps away there was an exchange program :/ Lazy river tubing was so relaxing and beautiful. Overall a fun filled day. Traffic and accidents on the way home made for a long journey back. Bus drivers were great.

Visit this park! Lots of relaxing and thrilling self-paced activities. The food was solid for an all-inclusive park. We saw GIANT stingrays within our first ten minutes snorkeling. Loved the “Mayan Cave” and the tirolesas. Photo package was totally worth it- my husband HATES taking pictures and he was seeking out every opportunity to scan his bracelet and stroke a pose. Wonderful way to end our trip!
