Amazing park! They have so many things to see and do. River floating was the best though. The food was delicious as well.

Excellent experience, did a lot of things from 10 to 16h15: river, very good buffet, butterflies, birds, church, panorama, Mexican shows, and others. No queues, not too crowded, excellent staff very nice and helpful, and we did not see the dolphins and all the see activities, which would require another day.

Omg! Where should I start, everything was amazing! We enjoyed walking through the park, sightseeing all the animals. Swimming with the Dolphines, and the sharks it was magical im glad i did it! The park itself was perfect, very green and clean. The river omg it was amazing! The culture entertainment blew my mind, it was an awesome experience. Definitely, worth the day trip, must visit. I know I’ll be going back.

A must do, with excellent activities, animals and culture to see. Plus a fabulous show in the evening. the buffet included was surprisingly great as well. I recommend this to pretty much everyone like solo travelers, family’s, etc.

Booked Tulum/Coba/Cenote tour through Top Tours Agency on 5th in Play Del Carmen.
Started out okay in an air-conditioned van then got put into a bus with no working AC and broken seats for the next 10 hrs in 35+ C heat outside and like oven in the bus.
Jimmy our supposed tour guide told us pretty much nothing and though the trip had great potential the lack of AC and comfort led to heat stroke for many of us.
He made excused for lack of AC and was very discompassionate and joked about the heat when it was brought up.
The end result he was not happy we complained and to add insult to injury litterally kicked group of 9 of us that joined the bigger bus tour off the bus to walk back to our resorts. The group of 3 of us had to walk 20m back after suffering heat exhaustion to our resort due to Jimmy not doing what he promised and that was to drop us at our resort.
Again this had promise however ask for a working bus with AC and a guide that actually gives you a tour.
