Day started off ok (this was attempt 2.. first didn’t have booking.. bus driver told us wrong so had to get taxi back our hotel from xcaret. We asked for help from another bus driver he was rude .. laughed at us and said its our fault and it wasn’t his issue that we were told wrong. Being in another country and not knowing our way round made us feel uneasy. Luckily we managed to get a taxi. Even though we had paid for the bus.. the place itself is ok i guess expensive for what you get. Resturant buffet also wasn’t nice we ended up with raw chicken. Wouldn’t recommend

Overpriced and time wasting. You can get much cheaper and better experiences around Yucatan in the real nature and don’t need to go to an artificaial park.

Value for maney is just great! Excellent guides splitted the group into 2 (spanish and english speakers). Great tour not overloaded with figures, but very informative. Antonio gave full view of Chichen Itsa and Angel did great bus tour while travelling. Fantastic day with great guides!
