This is a park not to be missed. The park is absolutely beautiful. I thoroughly enjoy the animal exhibits, it didn’t feel like a Zoo to me as I felt the animals were in their own habitats which are absolutely beautiful. We visited on February 5, 2022. One of the advantages for us was we could walk from our resort, so the price of admission was literally the only money we spent which was $105. We asked for bottled water from our resort and walked over with that, there are also bottle fillers in the park. We enjoyed both rivers, if you only have time for one, do the one on the right (be prepared to see bats in the caves). The show also was a solid two hours and was excellent.

If you are staying at a nearby resort (we stayed at the Barcelo Occidental I would recommend walking over, walking back midday to the resort of breakfast and then back to the park for the rest of the afternoon, walk back again to your resort for dinner and showers and then walk back again for the show. By doing this, we literally spend zero out of pocket except for the price of admission.

Never wanted to go because I thought it was more for kids, but boy was I wrong. A huge park with so much to do, see, and eat. Best part is that, you can leave and return for the evening show if you don’t live/stay too far.

So we booked this up for a day out and yes its a whole day, leave at 715am get back at 1045pm!

transport is fine and went smoothly, park admission again went smoothly

they park offers a variety of shows and activities through out your day. this is from swimming through caves, looking at animals, lounging of beaches or natural baths, eating and viewing set timed shows.

I had a nice time but i do think its expensive for what it is, we were told that this is the best of the best and has won the awards for many years. The show at the end of the day starts at 7pm and goes on till 9pm. I mean it is well-done but for me it was bit the to samey! especially the music.

All in all we enjoyed our day but id say xplore its lots better than this!

Must- bring water shoes , bring water case for your phone, don’t really need much more. you get one allocated ticket for the buffet anything else you have to pay for!

Well organized, very clean, friendly staff, great food! Sooo much to do and see. The river was beautiful. My mom wants to add , she would like mariachi playing at dinner.
