Too many things to see and do! The Cenotes is a first and must see and do. Love the nature setting and the park is filled with amazing activities and features. Recommend a 2 day trip as one day is not enough to see everything.

Xcaret certainly delivers what it offers. Exciting underwater river swim, lots of activities, great food and a wonderful show. It is certainly worth the price.

I paid extra for the snorkel excursion. don’t waste your money there is nothing that I haven’t seen any other snorkel place I’ve been.. swimming in the cave was good ,but not worth the price we paid for the ticket. animal enclosures are small.. food was ok

We bought the plus ticket which included lockers ( $16 with $10 return at end) , 1 buffet lunch with drink $22 and then snorkel hire wasn’t sure. The day was great with lovely views on the lazy river. The park map looks more than there is. After paying $170 each which doesn’t include the extra activities is discusting which you can get a Disney park ticket. However we was on holiday and wanted to do it. If you took the extra activities out you can do this park in a day. Two pick up times at 4.30 and -9.30 however if you had done all then waiting another 5 hours for few shows puts you of staying as would make it 17hr day. We didn’t stay. Would recommend normal ticket and take own food, pay for locker and also the guide on bus says need bio degradable sun lotion this isn’t necessary as they don’t check your bag. The snorkelling you expect tropical fish if your lucky you may see two but that’s about it. In the brochure they make out your swimming with birds around you and fish you are not. The views were great but not $170 worth.

All the negative reviews are true. This place over charges and doesn’t deliver on what it advertises.

The parrots and sea turtles were nice to see, but that is not worth what they charge.

Snorkeling is a waste of time as all the exotic fish are hiding in an area that is not accessible by snorkelers.

Food is mediocre.

Just stay away. Its better to do other excursions like Xplor or Tulum/Coba which by the way are owned by the same company but are 10 times better!!
