Overall, the experience was disappointing. The experience is likely great for families who want to keep kids occupied for a full day and enjoy zoos. You will spend most of your time walking around the park looking at animals, and maybe catching one or two shows. The priority experience gives you access to swim across the park in a man-made “river” and isn’t really worth it. If you want to see cool fish and wildlife, go snorkeling elsewhere. I would not recommend this for adults without kids. The show at the end of the day was probably the only highlight.

I don’t know if I can describe how much fun I had today there.
The swim with the dolphins was incredible and they also took nice pictures of it!

The attractions, trails, animals, etc were breathtaking.
Staff members were pretty helpful and charming.

I would recommend this experience to everyone.

This is a wonderful place. All inclusive and beautiful. We had a lovely time with family and friends. Top shelf drinks at first club area. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend this adventure.

We booked this excursion with a tour that picked up at hotel and dropped off. Also included the plus perks. Highly recommend getting plus as a buffet lunch, snorkel and locker rentals included.

Bring your towel! Lots of water activities that are a must! There is a lot of activities so wear good sandals!

The highlight of the park was the evening show. Amazing performance. Great production. Sound and lights were phenomenal. Costumes, sets, performers all top notch. Loved the story as well. Highly recommended!

We were lucky that we could get an unlimited pass to Xcaret from our hotel (Occidental Resort at Xcaret Destination) so we could go back and forth every day. This was definitely the way to see his park because it’s huge and I imagine if we had to do it in only one or two days AND see the show at night it would be very overwhelming.

Our favorite was the Rivers. They are chilly but just so gorgeous and relaxing. Morning is best..we went at 8:30am and had them to ourselves pretty much! There are three different ones to take so try them all if you can.

The show really was spectacular. Get there early for a good seat and make sure that you have something to drink as it’s warm and not a short show for sure. To be honest it ran about 15 minutes long for me.

The beach and snorkeling areas are beautiful and it’s also nice to see all of the animals (turtles, dolphins, manatees, flamingos etc)

Didn’t eat in the buffets but we did have a few snacks and drinks and found the prices very reasonable.

Will definitely go back!
