Perfect! Everyday had so much fun!! Would return..staff is friendly and attentive.. beach area is clean as is the whole place! Fun for kids and teenagers!

Skip Xel-Ha and come straight here! This place was magical. After visiting Xel-Ha the weekend before, we were pretty bummed out about spending another weekend at another park, but we were not left disappointed. They had a lot more activities for both adults and kids. The underground river was by far our favorite part. The Restaurants had pretty good food and the show at the end of the day was incredible. If choosing between the two parks, I would HIGHLY recommend coming here!!!

We traveled here this week and really enjoyed it. There is ALOT to do so be prepared to stay for hours. We swam the cenotes, saw shows, ate the buffet, and did the fish therapy.
The only bad part was our drive there. Our Xcaret guide Cynthia did not translate everything to English like she should have on a bilingual tour. She spoke in Spanish and only translated a few things. I thought that was extremely unfair. Other than that, It’s fun

On a recent trip to Playa del Carmen, we opted for Xcaret as one of our days out. The park is beautifully clean. We paid for the Plus (which provided a meal). So many highlights to this day. First, swim in the underground river. Have fun with it. Take funny pictures and enjoy the cool water. I felt totally safe with the way they moved our stuff from the top of the river to the bottom. Take a towel to the park – you will need it. The turtles, sharks, and other animals were awesome to watch. The park has saved a large number of turtles who were previously injured. The food in the park is great and everyone who worked there were more than willing to provide advice and assistance with best practices. See the night show. Take some earplugs because it can be very loud. It is a beautiful portrait of the history of Mexico through music. We were very impressed with the entire day.
