Came here for a wedding and the staff, location, food & rooms were gorgeous! The staff was so nice and very happy-they truly seem to love their jobs ! Once you found the good locations to eat you’re set, the vegan restaurant by the beach, the sushi place, cantina and the spot by the pool were are favorite !
Overall can’t wait to come back to this place we had a amazing time. They were cleaning constantly and we felt extremely safe

Sea Trek tour was an awesome experience but the evening show was the bomb!!! You cannot go to Xcaret and not see that spectacular show of the history of Mexico. The dances, the colors of the clothing, the music…OMG, just so captivating! Be prepared for a fun filled day of water sports, food, snorkeling, animals, marine life, swimming in caverns…

One of the best shows in my life! I’ve been to Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, almost every theme park there is. Xcaret is probably the best one! You have to stay for the show, definitely worth it.

Had such a great visit even though it was during the pandemic. The staff take great pride in making sure the most effective safety standards are met while visiting the park. I work swimming trunks, my Colombia long sleeve PFG shirt and Crocs and it was perfect. Carry a small backpack and get a locker. Must come again.

Really did not have an enjoyable experience. We purchased our tickets from the Xcaret website and paid the day before we went. Once we got to the ticket counter we were told that our reservation couldn’t be found in the system though we did have paper print outs of our tickets as well as emails. We sat there for over 1 1/2 hours in the sweltering heat as an Xcaret employee fumbled with the computer and took pictures of our credit card and passports and texted them to someone else which seem very unprofessional. The line grew to about 30 people and we were asked to stand aside so he could check in other people. We eventually got fed up and called guest services at the park who confirmed our reservation was there and was correct and directed us to tell the employee to recheck.

We finally made it into the park about 2 hours after we arrived and I went to discuss my concerns with guest services. I asked for a partial refund and they seem ed surprised by my request. We provided our phone number and they did contact us back later that day and said any refund was off the table but they would consider a free activity. Overall felt this was really poor customer service and they made me feel it was my fault as the paying customer for their terrible security process which cost us a lot of time and frustration.
