The Pickup was punctual, the lunch was very delicious and they offered refreshments between the activities. There were 6 Ziplines and it was fun, but don‘t expect to have a great view. The ATV Tour was super cool and didn‘t feel to be to short or something. The ATV was the highlight of this trip for me! The Water in the Cenote was green and didn‘t look healthy to enter. I have swam in a lot of lakes in my life and most haven‘t had super clean water, but I rather passed on this one. Maybe just some kind of seasonal thing and maybe there were no health risks at entering the Cenote to be honest. You weren‘t allowed to use a GoPro on the activities and they took unspectacular photos of you you could later buy but they were totally overprized.
Overall I can recommend this trip, it will probably not be your most favorite Cancun experience, but still a fun way to spend your day!

My family really enjoyed our visit. Transportation was on time and reliable. Upon our arrival we were welcomed and given an explanation about our activities and other activities that were available. We all had fun on the ATVs,buy the insurance. The equipment is good, but some stuff is well used and better to be safe than sorry. We did wish the time on the ATVs was longer, but it was still fun. Zip-lining was great. Perfect spot for first-timers. Last activity was jumping into the cenote. This is an open cenote, so the water wasnt as clear as we presumed but it was great to jump into. An experience we definitely wont forget. They did have somebody with us during all the activies that was taking pictures. At the end of the activities we were served a delicious lunch. Chicken fajitas with black beans, rice and salsa. They also have water and sweet tea to drink. The workers were all polite. Would definitely consider returning.

We had a really great time. The staff was great and the guide was fun and energetic. We had a lot of fun on all the activities. The only critique would be is that they charge you $5 to use their lockers which I don’t think is fair. They say to bring towels, change of clothes, and closed toed shoes but when you get there they do not include lockers – not cool. Other than that it was a lot of fun and I would recommend for all ages. Oh and bring mosquito repellent because they don’t provide that either and there are lots of mosquitos in the jungle!

The ATV was the best part and was a ton of fun. The Zipline were good, it was my first time so I feel like it was a good starting point as the instructors were very thorough and the lines weren’t too high. The Cenote was good as well, there were cliffs to just from and a zipline to use – only bad part was that we were only there for 15-20 minutes and had to quickly file into the van to go back to the main location which was way overpacked (was a short ride though). Pictures were expensive – did not purchase. Food was okay at the end [drink not included] overall was a good experience to do once if in the area.

So glad we booked this excursion! We had such a great time and everything went as planned. The transportation picked us up from our hotel on time and the drive to the location was comfortable and not too long. It was a group of 5 of us and the staff was very accommodating to ensure we were in a group together. We did the ATV first and Fernando was our group leader. He kept us laughing with his jokes and was very thorough about safety but in a fun way. We had a great time with the ATV and had a nice, muddy ride (please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty). Next up we did zip lining, i was nervous but Mijo was so sweet and she talked me and one of my girls to do it. I just love the sense of humor of the staff and everyone being so fun and positive. The safety instructions were very helpful and I felt comfortable. All the zip lines were fun, and the last one we even went upside down. Last we went to the cenote, this was a short 5 minute drive down the rode. When we got there we rinsed off and had an option to jump in or take the stairs in. The guys zip lined and dived in and me and my girlfriend took the stairs. It was calm, beautiful and peaceful out there. Also by this point you have already started to mingle with the other people on your tour so it’s a nice way to talk before everyone departs. We went back and enjoyed lunch, they offer pork tacos (which i heard were amazing, but I don’t eat meat), they also offered tuna salad and salad as well. Overall a very fun, well planned and adventurous experience! Would highly recommend and would definitely do it again.
P.S. buy the photo package!!! They took the most amazing shots of us over 250 pictures for our group of 5. Great memories!!!
