We opted to get the ATV’s (for a price) and got to the cenotes first. Most of us didn’t zipline,(we waited for everyone at the hammock area) ones that did enjoyed it. Wasn’t much snorkeling. Food was provided at the end of the tour.

The staff was very accommodating to include our guide Mary she was outstanding! She speaks English and Spanish she made us feel very welcome more like long time friends. Safety is there primary concern and I felt safe the entire time. The ATV’s are fun it was not buggy or nasty they explained how to ride and we stayed as a group the whole time and didn’t feel rushed at all. The zip lines was also a blast especially the last one when we flipped upside down! All in all great tour everything was close we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything transportation was smooth and decent from Cancun it did take our transportation awhile on the way back I have no idea what the hold up was.
Roy took all our photos which turned out beautifully I felt like I couldn’t pass up on buying the package deal.
Words of wisdom they give u lockers bring ur phone to the swim portion and make the most of the extreme adventure

This trip was just fantastic! We had Maho as our tour guide and she was great. We started with the quad bikes and it was so fun – the paths are seriously rocky, it’s very extreme but it gets your adrenaline pumping! Then we moved on to the zip wires through the jungles trees and again this was great – we even went upside down at one point. Lastly we visited a beautiful cenote where we jumped in and zip wired into the water. It finished with some delicious tacos, these were small so make sure you have breakfast before you come.
I would 100 percent recommend this day trip to anyone who loves action and activity, it’s so thrilling and worth while!
The only criticism I would give is that throughout the trip a really great photographer snaps you constantly, the quality is great and the amount you get is great however, the price for the photos is not so great – it is just way to much.
I did pay for my photos because you aren’t allowed your phones out and I wanted some memories of the quads and the zip wire BUT paying £55 for some pictures is ridiculous, I would highly recommend the company to reduce this as it is nearly the amount of the trip itself.
You don’t need to purchase them I suppose but it’s a nice way to end a trip!
On our last excursion when we went snorkelling we were given a complimentary photograph so it is something to think about!
Overall I can’t recommend mend this trip enough.

We went to the excursion pick up site and notice that no one arrived at the scheduled appointment and immediately I made a phone call to see what was the hold up and was informed that our booking has not been received in time and we was unable to do the atv, cenotes and zip lining. Which made our heart tore in 2 pieces. The operator on the phone was surprised and just as shook as I was and Top Travel Group advised they will reimburse us 50% back and quickly accommodated us on the jungle tour with speed boating and snorkeling. It was a different experience and fun plus on a positive side we were to do something prior to leaving the country.

The experience was not what they described. We rode through the jungle for about 10 minutes,no puddles only big rocks and everyone following right behind each other. Nothing to see. There was only 3 ziplines, not 5 as advertised and when we arrived at the cenote they told us we can only stay for 25 minutes. They would not let you take your own photos because they was adamant about you purchasing photos from them. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this tour.
