We will depart from the maritime zone of Puerto Juarez towards Isla Mujeres where we will be able to contemplate during the journey up to 5 different shades of the beautiful turquoise sea of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Remember that you can bring your own drinks and ice, we have coolers available for you.

Before arriving at the Island we will get off the boat to do the snorkeling activity, you can bring your own snorkeling equipment or we have goggles for you, (snorkel tube not included 5 usd approx).

Once we have finished the snorkeling activity in the reef and part of the MUSA sculptures, we will go to Isla Mujeres.

You will have free time to get to know the island on your own, but first we will take you to the best beach in Mexico, Playa Norte, where we will see part of the marine life very closely with a sea level of just 1 meter.

We will enjoy lunch at the best private beach club in Isla Mujeres, the Ice Bar where you can taste typical regional food in a large buffet (drinks not included).

Now yes, it is time for free time, we suggest you rent a golf cart and visit to take a picture in the tourist letters, or relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

We are ready to return to Cancun again with a nice family atmosphere and music on the boat.

Despite the bad weather conditions (known for 2 days) they said that the tour will be going.
No1 – pick up was late for 45 min
No2 – arriving at Marina it was already raining but we were told it will be good as weather is improving
No3 – left Marina when announcement was made that due to weather snorkeling have to happen right now! People went and 15-20 min later ww were on the way to the Island
No4 – after next 10 min there was another announcement made – paddling is cancelled 😡
No5 – not arriving to Isla Mujeres we were told that the trip is cancelled completely due to weather.. really guys?!
it’s a fraud! Weather conditions were known well in advance and we even wasn’t allowed to reschedule our trip 24h before
Shame for a company to just extort money from people. I feel betrayed

This was a great activity to do in Mexico! Jorge, our guide, was super friendly, attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed and that we had a good time! Despite the weather being rainy we were able to snorkel before the rain started and it was the best part of the day!

10 of us booked the Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing trip – boat is nice – 1st stop snorkeling was less than 25minutes – rushed back onto boat, next stop swimming for only 20 minutes, then on to 3rd stop where we were all dropped at an island for over 3 1/2 hours and on our own at our own expense . Apparently they are double dipping – after dropping us at the island, they went back to the dock and ran another trip – this made our trip over 8 hours instead of 5 1/2 hours as advertised. There were no paddle boards offered at any stops. Not worth the money! STAFF was pleasant, but also work for tips.

misinformed about the whole trip, the day that i went it rained and we were told that we can’t snorkel and cut the hours from the island from 3 hours to 2 hours which wasent enough time to do much of anything, it wasent worth the money that was paid and we are hoping for some sort of compensation considering we basically didn’t get to do any activities that we paid for.
