Sitting on the boat was fun in itself, but the service of the tour guides was exceptional. Unlimited drinks served at our request. The chief guide Gabriel was very informative and responsible. The whole team was friendly, efficient and competent. Every bit of the sailing trip was a pleasure.
I also took trips to Chichen Itzá – guided by Carlos, and Tulum – guided by Hilda. Not only were they knowledgeable and responsible, they made our trips extremely fun, informative and an experience to remember.
I give kudos to Cancun Travels for handling their trips in such timely and efficient manner, all the while making them fun.

This was a great Sunday Funday excursion!! The weather was great, the catamaran was cute and clean, drinks were flowing, and Isla Mujeres was beautiful!! Arturo, Jorge and crew were very attentive and informative. You can tell they love their job and are very good at it.
We definitely plan to go back to spend more time on Isla Mujeres, but the visit was just enough to entice us. Thanks so much for a beautiful and memorable day.

After reading all about Isla Mujeres we decided to visit and originally planned to take the ferry and do our own thing. Even though it’s more expensive to do things via an organised trip it was definitely the right decision.
The catamaran port was 10 minutes from our hotel so we were on the boat before we knew it. There was 12-15 people on the trip so it was a really nice, sociable group.
The snorkelling was amazing, the team knew just where to swim and where to look for the best wildlife. On the boat the food was great and the cocktails were even better! On Isla Mujeres we stayed with Shelly for a short walking tour to a beautiful lagoon where we swam for a bit before wandering off ourselves.
Overall this was one of the highlights of our holiday, Shelly and the team made the excursion even more fun so hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to get them!

We had an amazing day on the catamaran. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had an opportunity to snorkel and swim. My husband and I opted not do this because the waves were choppy so we stayed onboard and enjoyed our time relaxing and cheating with the the staff. Gabriel was outstanding! He gasp every the group a short tour when we arrived and had a lot of useful information. Although, he advised against renting the golf carts for safety reasons, we did rent one for an hour for $15. We drove to the Turtle farm and it was the best 3 bucks we spent to see these beautiful turtles.
We also had fun shopping and the beach is beautiful there.
I would highly recommend this excursion, you won’t be disappointed.

Booked this excursion through our hotel. Had an employee at a desk in the lobby. We booked the day cruise to Islas Mujeres, fun in the sun. We snorkeled in a great part of Cancun. Stop number one, then got back on the boat. Sailed to north side of Islas Mujeres and while sailing we were fed lunch by boat crew. Nice light lunch with lots of local cuisine. Then stop two was to swim, and paddle board off the island. Then last we docked and went into town. Remember your D.L, so you can rent a golf cart..then island is 4 miles end to end to far to walk all that in one hour. We had a blast, bring cash lots of shops on the island and locals will sell you anything. PS don’t list to the salesmen in your hotel. They told us we needed eco friendly sun screen and bug spray..looked for it at hotel they had none. So salesman sold us his own personal bottles for $15.00 dollars. NO ONE ON OUR TRIP had eco friendly sunscreen. I think this is more for the trips to the ruins and other protected areas of Mexico.
