Our family booked this luxury sailing experience during our vacation in Cancun.
It was a very memorable day! We travelled with our two young daughters, ages 7 and 4.
The guide and crew on the boat were amazing!
We sailed with Captain Rene, and our guide was Ruben.
Ruben was very humorous, and the rest of the crew were so great! They were extremely accommodating and attentive!
I would HIGHLY recommend this excursion!
Thank you all again for making our experience with you incredible!

My husband and I booked the 11:00 excursion, returning at 5:30 to Secrets. The marina for departure was less than ten minutes from our resort. Angel, our guide, was fantastic. Lunch on the boat was amazing, with fresh mahi mahi, chicken, guacamole, chips, and fruit. And as many drinks as you want! Snorkeling and swimming on the way to the island was beautiful. On the island we had three hours of free time to ourselves, but Angel also offered a 30-minute walking tour, so we did that. He took us to a lovely Isla Mujeres landmark and some gorgeous beach spots that weren’t filled with tourists. Then we hopped in a cab to see Punta Sur on the southern end of the island, which was amazingly beautiful!

Disappointment from beginning to end. Starting with the name, there’s no luxury!
We were rushed to seat, no drinks were offered. First stop was the snorkeling, they told us is not suitable for people with heart problems and he said we could come back to the boat anytime if we want.
Then we were rushed again to get out and as soon we were in the water the boat took off, LITERALLY! The boat moved to around 150 meters away, forcing everyone to swim to the boat in a very rough ocean. It looked like a military training. It was a little scary and I’m a good swimmer. Not an enjoyable snorkeling at all.
Back to the boat they rushed us to seat again and served food while they speed so hard that we couldn’t eat. Our food got soaking wet, it was a waste. Nobody really ate their food.
When we finally arrived at Isla Mujeres he told us we would watch the sunset from the boat on the way back (that’s why we chose to go in the afternoon), but they picked us up when it was already dark, so no sunset!
I felt deceived with this tour, wasted money.
The guys are kind of funny, but that’s all.
Take a ferry and go do your own thing, it’s the best decision.

A wonderful ride on beautiful waters for our group of 11, the snorkeling was great, from the members of our group that did it. Mario and the staff did a wonderful job of keeping everyone informed of what was going on. On the ride back the sunset was beautiful, and the ride got even better when the staff raised the sail. Now about the “Best Beach” in Islas Mujeres, We had two Senior Citizens in our group, it was to long of a walk for them from the dock to the beach, should have been warned about this. The beach itself was full of seaweed and a sharp drop off when you first get in, no beach chairs to sit on, had to just sit on towels. The time on the Catamaran was great, off it not so much fun.

We booked our trip because of the snorkeling at the statue reef. We were told 30 seconds after leaving the dock there would be no snorkeling. They should have told us that prior to boarding. We wanted to get off to reschedule but could not. We proceed towards the island and once we got there the boat continued into random inlets for 1.5 hours while having us eat our lunch at 8am! The staff was friendly and courteous but knew we weren’t happy and continued to talk and chat. Wr were polite and knew they were just doing their job. We are just furious we spent hundreds of dollars for something we did not get! Use local if you can! Do not use recommended people by your vacation representatives as they are getting a cut of the sales.
