We will depart from the maritime zone of Puerto Juarez towards Isla Mujeres where we will be able to contemplate during the journey up to 5 different shades of the beautiful turquoise sea of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Remember that you can bring your own drinks and ice, we have coolers available for you.

Before arriving at the Island we will get off the boat to do the snorkeling activity, you can bring your own snorkeling equipment or we have goggles for you, (snorkel tube not included 5 usd approx).

Once we have finished the snorkeling activity in the reef and part of the MUSA sculptures, we will go to Isla Mujeres.

You will have free time to get to know the island on your own, but first we will take you to the best beach in Mexico, Playa Norte, where we will see part of the marine life very closely with a sea level of just 1 meter.

We will enjoy lunch at the best private beach club in Isla Mujeres, the Ice Bar where you can taste typical regional food in a large buffet (drinks not included).

Now yes, it is time for free time, we suggest you rent a golf cart and visit to take a picture in the tourist letters, or relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

We are ready to return to Cancun again with a nice family atmosphere and music on the boat.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but I think it’s important to say that this company was TERRIBLE. And I would not recommend that you book this tour. They ruined my birthday and they lacked quality customer service.

They offered us “pickup” at our Airbnb in Tulum. When they got to our house they didn’t ring the doorbell, didn’t email or call me to let me know they arrived. They stayed for a few mins outside and left. My friends and I sat there waiting for them and they never sent an update on their location or the fact that they left!! So because they didn’t pick us up we missed the 11:30 am boat ride.

I tried to call and ask for a refund since we weren’t picked up and we didn’t have a car to drive to Cancun. They REFUSED to give me a refund. This greedy a** company wanted to keep the money without giving me ANYTHING in return. After arguing on the phone for 40 mins they “offered” me a later boat ride which forced me to change my itinerary on MY BIRTHDAY. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and didn’t care about what I needed. She had an attitude and could care less that this day was suppose to be a celebration.

We were forced to take the later boat tour so we didn’t lose the $545 we paid for the tour! We got on the boat and tour was BORING. It was so windy and cold that we shouldn’t have been on the boat AT ALL. The waves were super rough for snorkeling and we didn’t even get to paddle boarding. But this money hungry company kept the tour going even though weather took a turn for the worse. Our tour guide was BORING. The food and drinks were ok but definitely not worth the stress of the day.

Heed my warning DO NOT book this trip. My friends and I made the best of this terrible situation but this tour was not worth the money and there are better boat tours in Cancun. This company is horrible and I will be escalating this to social media and to the Viator customer service line.

We had such a great time on this tour! We were on a private yacht with a great team! Angel, Alexis, and the others were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves! We were able to take great pictures plus there was a photographer on board. The drinks and food were great as well! I literally do not have any complaints. I 110% recommend this tour! Try to book Angel and his team if you can!

Just FYI it does last about 5 hours so plan to be there all day!

We loved our time on the catamaran and snorkeling. Carlos was an awesome tour guide, and the team helped our younger kids snorkel. We rented golf carts on Isla Mujeres, and visited the Turtle Farm and drove all the way around the island, finishing back near the Black Pearl for some shopping. We would definitely do this tour again!
