Carlos and the rest of the crew were amazing! Unfortunately due to weather we were unable to go snorkeling but we made the best of the day anyway. I don’t eat shrimp and they accommodated me with no issues although the rest in my group loved their new shrimp ceviche. Would recommend this trip for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day, would not recommend for anyone looking for a party boat, there are many others to choose from.

We cannot recommend this tour enough. It was hands-down the best tour we took during our trip and one of the best days we had in Mexico period – and we didn’t even get to snorkel. Our tour guide Carlos was so much fun, he basically provided all of our entertainment, kept the drinks flowing, and gave us clear information in both English and Spanish. Not to mention he is STRONG, POWERFUL and BEAUTIFUL. Consider yourself lucky if Carlos is your guide, he will not disappoint. The food was amazing, it was a bento-box style lunch of shrimp ceviche, chicken pasta, and a couple of other smaller dishes. I don’t even like shrimp, and usually I don’t eat it, but this ceviche was DELICIOUS, I loved it. The boat ride was so cool, try to sit down near the net if you want to get sprayed. Unfortunately we couldn’t snorkel because it was too windy, but they upfronted us with this information and gave everyone the opportunity to reschedule or to make the most of it anyway. We chose to make the most of it and still had a great time. We dropped anchor off the coast of Isla Mujeres for an ocean swim, then landed on the island and were given 2 hours to explore the shops, beaches and overall experience before sailing back. We took our own snorkel gear and were actually able to get some of our own snorkeling in the lagoon on the north beach of the island near the bridge, where there are lots of fish.

Fantastic!! Such a great experience and a must go to if you are in the Cancun area. Pedro (tour guide) was exceptional!

We have just returned from this experience which was excellent. We have been on many catermeran experiences in various different locations around the world and this was well organised and so professional. Unfortunately my husband took ill during the trip and Miguel and the crew were so so kind and attentive , nothing was too much trouble. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and pleased to report he is on the mend.
Once again a very big thank you..

So all the staff are amazing, and so is the food! Beer is cold, I guess maybe the only experience would’ve been better if we could’ve stayed longer and may be if we had listen to the advice of our guide, Cesar. The whole trip from hotel to hotel was many hours! We left our hotel at 8:15 and we got back to our hotel at around 4 o’clock. Snorkelling was cancelled because the weather wasn’t right for it and if we had gone snorkelling then it would’ve been really short!
