Boat #4 was amazing. The team was so attentive and took amazing care of us. We had a beautiful time!

This was such a great experience of relaxation and experiencing the sea on a boat. The staff was very accommodating to each guest, while adapting to the various personalities of those guests. Snorkeling was optional. Matthew and his crew were friendly and made you feel safe while under his wing. Highly recommend this activity.

Wonderful trip! We were a part of 5 and each of us had the best time! Island was beautiful. Staff was very attentive (thanks Bryan!) . Drinks flowing!

This would be a great trip if you are close to Cancun. We were closer to Puerto Aventuras in Riviera Maya and the bus trip at 7am took over an hour.
Masks were not required on the boat. The snorkeling was pretty dangerous as the waves were shoppy and there weren’t much fish to see. I dont think we should have been allowed to snorkel.
The meal was guacamole with chips, chicken pasta, civiche, and a small dessert. It was okay. After eating we stopped to swim. I guess they never heard the wait 30 minutes after you eat to swim rule. We ate and then it was swim time.
After swimming we were off to the Island. We were given 3 hours of time to explore the island. Lots to shop and see.. We met back where we were told but there was confusion since lots of boats were arriving and leaving all the time. Somehow we all got back on the boat and made it quickly to the mainland.
The almost 2 hour bus ride back to our hotel was brutal. This would have been so much better from Playa del Carmen or Cancun. I would not do it from Riviera Maya. Too much traffic later in the day. We also had one other stop before our hotel.

One of the best excursions we went on! Bryan and crew were top notch. They gave us tips for the island experience, all the do’s and don’ts! Highly recommend them.
