Arturo was hands down amazing, very nice and personable. Also had very detailed knowledge and information for everything and any questions we had. The crew was very attentive and we were never without anything we needed, 11/10.

We had a great time even though it was raining a little. Checking in was quick and the crew was organized yet fun.

Clean, well maintained boat, professional looking and acting staff on board, and kept safety in mind. They would constantly silently count the group while in the water and before boarding to ensure all we’re accounted for. I do like that we only had roughly 15 people on the catamaran, which on this size felt spacious. The staff explained the processes well and what to expect on the boat and while at Isla Mujeres. Arturo (aka brown sugar team!) made it a fun experience. Highly recommend this company for their experiences.

Booked the tour w/the hotel, the rep stated the $150 included the golf tour. Overcrowded boats, drinks were your typical sweet drinks and food was bland. The best part was the ride to the island, the water was beautiful! Was dropped off at the beach club for lunch and golf tour, paid an additional $35 dollars for the cart. The odd thing was that no one was charged for the golf cart, but “Charlie” (part of the crew) pulled me aside multiple times asking for a contribution for the gold cart. It’s a small boat and I’m surrounded by my group and I didn’t see Charlie collect the golf cart fee from anyone. I asked some of the folks if they paid the fee and they stated “No.” Keep in mind, I was the only looking “Latina” in the group, everyone else was American, and i think Charlie felt like he could manipulate me – I felt uncomfortable every time he pulled me aside. Spent very little time touring the island, mainly spent the hour driving the golf cart and 2 hrs at the beach club while the staff persuaded us to buy tequila. Finally made it to Playa Norte, we were there for 45 minutes and snorkeled for 10 minutes. After I was leaving the boat(end of tour) Charlie pulled me aside again to request the “contribution” and tip! He basically tried to embarrass me In front of others and I called him out for his suspicion “contribution.” I get some people got discounted rates for attending timeshare meetings, but I paid the full price. The hotel staff was amazing, but everyone else felt like they were out to scam people. I’m from CA and in the states it’s customary to tip, but what I saw in Cancun from Americans tipping was ridiculous. Some of the people are expecting at minimum a $20 dollar tip for just about anything. Been to Cancun 4xs and this was probably my worse experience and idk if COVID contributed to that since Mexico is one of the few countries allowing visitors.
