When we told our representative that we wanted to go snorkeling this is what was recommended. They said we would snorkel, then have about 2 hours on the Island then we would go to a beach and swim and paddle board. Let me say that staff was EXCELLENT. The lunch was also very good. The snorkeling inwas disappointed in. They had about 5 catamarans lined up and you basically had to stay with your group and swim in a line back to the boat. There were way to many people out there. I think we might have seen 5 fish. After our last snorkeling experience in cozumel this was very disappointing. I think it lasted all of 20 minutes. Then we were dropped off at the island. We loved the island. We rented a golf cart and toured the island. So much fun! We shopped and just enjoyed the island. When we loaded back up to go to the beach this again was not what we expected. We didn’t get to go to the actual beach. We anchored out and was told we had 20 mintutes to swim and paddle board. The problem was there were only 4 paddle boards. We enjoyed the catamaran, the staff, and the island. Disappointed in the snorkling and beach time. We will ask for questions next time we book.

My first time to Cancun and a a result of the abundance of seaweed..we were not able too enjoy the beach at our resort. Therefore, our hotel guest relations suggested this Catamaran tour. What a great experience. We met the wonderful staff which included Guido, Emi, Yaveth, Franky, Marcelo, Celeste my friends and I enjoyed this excursion an give it a double thumbs up!! Everything was perfect from snorkeling, the drinks, lunch, paddle boarding and island beach..what I great experience and would definitely do it again on my next visit to Cancun. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Cancun Adventures. Would do again and I recommend it to everyone.
We were a group of 21 and rented a catamaran for the day. Activities were snorkling, swimming in the sea, and then 3 hours on Isla Mujeres.
It was great, being a french speaking group, we had a French tour guide who gave us the best adviced, everything was secure and neat.
Julien even told us how to negotiate when we got on the island and gave us great cues throughout the day.
The photograph was awesome as well, at the end of the day they offer to sell you the pictures of the excursion. Pictures were top quality.
The whole crew is relax and trusthworthy. The activities were enjoyed by the whole group and answered different interests.
Food and drinks were good.
5/5 experience, best day of my week in Playa Del Carmen.

This is not the first time that we have taken this tour with Cancun Adventures, however, this time we were blown away by the extra care and attention from our guide Terry.
He took us snorkeling, paddle boarding by North Beach, then gave us an amazing tour of the island, where he shared some interesting facts about the island, and of Cancun too. We then enjoyed a lovely sail back to Cancun.
We would highly recommend this tour, and if possible, we suggest that your request to have Terry as your guide, as he went far beyond his work to take care of us. This was very evident in how he interacted with all of us during the time on the island.
5 star treatment. Thank you very much Cancun Adventures

Well, we thought it was a booze cruise or at least is what we were told. They picked us up from the resort and we were taken to a nice boat. Then the tour guide was basically talking the whole time, they gave us some ceviche for lunch and a few drinks. We were not allowed to get up. We had a stop for snorkeling and then headed to Islas Mujeres. Once we got there, we were basically dropped off and were told that we have to fend for ourselves. Some of us did not bring money because we thought we were going to need it. So it was bad because we were stuck in Islas Mujeres for 3 hours with no money. we ended up making the best out of it but I would never do this again and nor i would recommend it to anyone
