The experience was not what they described. We rode through the jungle for about 10 minutes,no puddles only big rocks and everyone following right behind each other. Nothing to see. There was only 3 ziplines, not 5 as advertised and when we arrived at the cenote they told us we can only stay for 25 minutes. They would not let you take your own photos because they was adamant about you purchasing photos from them. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this tour.

Take notes! Bring the following: Ski mask, off spray, mini lock, and towels! It’ll save you some $$$ and you can use that to tip the SUPER AMAZING STAFF! This place was awesome! I do wish for longer ATV rides, longer zip lines, but the CENOTE jump was amazing! Read up on cenote! Lastly, there was never a time it did not feel safe; the staff made sure we are safe during the experience. Please get the biodegradable products too! So that the cenote will stay clean and free from chemicals!

Had I known this was run thru Extreme Adventure, I never would have booked it. I made a poor decision using TA to select and book this. Too much time spent on transport, didn’t care about the photos. ATV wasn’t even fun b/c there were too many people and if you get stuck behind someone slow at the back, you may as well forget it. IF you decide to do any ATV ride, bring a bandanna from home for your face. $10 apiece for a gator to cover your face and nose…another $ grab. Same thing with the zip line – too many ppl in line, it’s slow slow slow. I want to enjoy an outing not sit and wait for the group. I love seeing the cenotes but I’d suggest you choose one where there is snorkeling and maybe a catamaran ride. ATV/Zip lines are a waste of time in my opinion.

Wonderful service. Loved every adventure. The ATV was a little sketchy lol but that’s the fun of it. Cenotes jump was awesome! You get free yummy tacos in the end too.

2 hours of activities squeezed into 6 hours – they should be paying me for wasting my time instead of asking for tips every hour. It’s only 30 mins from Cancun so they make you wait either at the camp site or before without explanation.
Food provided – 2 of the cheapest tacos possible. No salsa or guac just pork meat + taco + cabbage. Overpriced drinks available.
There are 3 zip lines not 5. Very basic but was fun to hang out in the trees for a bit.
ATVs are falling apart stalling spewing out fumes. The ATV course was pretty good to be fair.
Cenote was just for jumping not a good one comparatively.
Crazy there must be a decent percentage of people who actually buy the photos!
