Very friendly staff, activities were fun and lunch after was good. Wish they could offer more time for the ATVs and Cenote. Over all we had a great time

Ok so I’m going to give my HONEST review! These guys were so nice and helpful! Alexis (guy) was so nice and helpful. Him and his friend Alejandro helped my mom out and was so patient with her. The instructor Angel (guy) was so funny and very knowledgeable of what they were doing! And then our camera guy Rod AKA Junior was so helpful as well. He took really good pics of us! I love them they really know their job and you can tell they had fun doing it. Now on to the actual activities… the zip lining was OK. It was fun to hang upside down and to go across the sliding board. Angel makes you dance and twerk before you go so that was fun! Lol The very last line you do was the longest and best 1 to me. When you first get up there it’s kinda scary walking across but after that everything else is a breeze. The ATV’s we’re cool too. You drive in a straight line with 1 instructor in the front and 2 in the back. You’re literally in a real live jungle so the ride was VERY VERY BUMPY. Jumping into the cenote was MY FAVORITE PART OMG! I had so much fun! After that we ate tacos. They weren’t that good but if you put hot sauce on them they’re ok to eat. I had a blast overall I love the instructors and would recommend anyone to go!!!! Alexis, Rod, Alejandro and Angel were great!!!!

The people here really make you feel comfortable even if you do not know how to swim. They are very friendly and very professional. Angel, Roy and Ritchie (I think I spelled it right) were our tour people and they made everything fun. The ATV route is very bumpy so be prepared for this. But it is very very fun. The Cenote jump has a zip line jump, a free 21 foot jump, and stairs to walk down if you do not want to jump. The Ziplines are actually only 3, but it is very worth it. These people really take care of you. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TEN USD OR 200 PESOS TO RENT THE LOCKERS FOR YOUR BELONGINGS. Another ten dollars for the face scarf to block the debris and dirt from the ATV. The lunch is free as well. Drinks are bought separately though. Overall this excursion was amazing and I would do it again which is why I am recommending anyone who is reading this, to reserve your trip ASAP

This tour was extremely pleasant. Alex was our guide and he made sure we were well taken care of. All of the guides were very charismatic and their English was impressive! I definitely recommend this tour for your next trip to Cancun

We went as two couples looking for a more adventurous day. We were staying in Cancun and knew the ride would take awhile so that didn’t phase us. Our driver was amazing as we witnessed a horrible accident right ahead of us and he stopped on a dime, we appreciated him so much!
The rules and instructions were clear for all the activities. Roy our guide as well as other staff were funny and provided some entertainment. At one point I tried to zipline at the cenote and he stopped me 1/4 of the way, it was funny. We had conversations with staff about travel places and they asked a lot about the east side of Canada where we’re from since you don’t hear about it often.
The only downside is we wish we had more time on the ATV’s as well as a smaller group/more freedom. It was a lineup of 12 or so ATV’s and you had to follow the line, some people from the overall larger group kept trying to cut infront of our friends and us, but it really doesn’t accomplish anything because you are literally in a line up anyways. It’s rocky enough terrain and very fun, we just wish we had a bit more freedom with that activity.
The cenote was one of the better ones I have been too; it’s very large, deep, and refreshing. I felt like we had a good amount of time there. My boyfriend also mentioned he wished he could have used his go pro more or our phones for pictures, but we understand not having them with us all the time. It’s more about the memories, and if you want to spend extra they have some awesome cameras they take photos of you with.
Zip lining was quick but fun, we’re used to ziplining parks where you’re responsible for all the hooking up and off the lines, but here they do it all for you so there’s no worry or stress!
Tacos weren’t super filing but we weren’t expecting a huge lunch by any means, it gets you by! If you’re a person that has to eat every few hours just bring snacks for the ride there and back.
Overall we had a great time, and thank you to everyone there that made our day safe but fun!
