It was one of the best tours we had here in Mexico.
Saw turtles and huge sting rays in snorkling.
The cenote was the best one we saw and swim (saw 3)
Arturito was our guide and it was amazing
100% recommend

I decided to book this excursion based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did! Communication was simple and straight forward was through Whatsapp the day before.
Our guide Sarah, our driver Tony, and our photographer, also Tony, were very kind and made the trip enjoyable! It was a whole day experience that started at 8am and ended around 6pm.
We went to the archaeological site in Tulum first and even though we were there early, the sun was beaming down on us. Sarah and Tony the driver were there to hand out umbrellas that saved the morning for my fiancé who doesn’t like to be in the sun for so long. Sarah was very informative and pretty funny!
Next stop, we snorkeling in Tulum which is where we met Tony the photographer. Before we headed out to the snorkeling site, Tony took everyone photos which he made a fun experience! Do you think you take awkward photos?! Well Tony will make it fun for you and your pictures will turn out amazing! We then all headed to the boat and go to the reefs. Just amazing! We were swimming right by the reef and we even saw 3 sea rays and 2 turtles!
Next, we went to the buffet spot where they fed us local food and they didn’t disappoint! My fiancé and I were so hungry from the morning activities we just asked for everything and it all tasted delicious! Watch it for the hot sauce though!
The cenote is actually in the same area as the lunch area but a few walks away. Guys the cenote is just out of this world. Sarah was knowledgeable about everything and you can tell she really loves and cares for what she does!
Just do it! Just book through them! You won’t regret it!

This was a great tour with 3 very diverse experiences. Our guide, Claudia was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Contrary l to a lot of reviews for tours in Cancun, there was not any unexpected expenses, pressure to buy souvenirs, and not even a hint that tips were expected.
The 12 person van was on time and Claudia greeted us as we came out of the hotel lobby. The van was modern and ran great. The inside was basic but appropriate for the day’s events. After picking up the remaining passengers from another hotel, we set off for the 2 hour ride to Tulum. (Hint: use the restroom before you leave. One if the passengers had to go, but the guide said we would stop in Tulum in an hour.). We did stop for a rest break, coffee and snacks after about 30 minutes. I don’t know if this was the pre-planned stop or if we added this extra bathroom break.)
Tulum was your standard archaeological site. It is kept up quite well. The plumbing in the bathrooms was not working no running water. the smell in the bathrooms was quite exotic in the heat of the day.
I could have used more time for exploration but the amount of time there was appropriate fie most people. Again, Claudia’s discussions were quite illuminating.
A short drive from Tulum was where we snorkeled. You can see Tulum a couple of mikes from the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous. After a brief wait, our group got in a boat and headed to the reef where we snorkeled. There are several groups doing this at once and can be quite crowded. At first we were by ourselves but there were quickly about 5-6 groups at one time. About 60-70 oeople. This did no ruin the experience and you have to make an effort to spread out. We saw several beautiful fush, numerous stingrays an and at least a couple of turtles which swam within a couple of feet several times.
The third event took us down a very bumpy dirt road to the cenote. In this instance, the cenote was a cavern filled with water. We thought we’d jump in and get right back out. Actually this was quite an exploration through several passages, much more than I imagined with even a 10 foot cliff to jump in a deep pool of water and passages so low you had to lower your chin in the water so as not to bump your head on the stalactites. This was a truly memorable and unique experience.
Later I found out this particular cenote is privately owned which is why the road isn’t paved and why it wasn’t packed with more tour groups. There were just a few groups there, all from Ocean Tours.
I neglected to mention that the provided buffet lunch was superb. With rice, beans, corkscrew pasta, veggies, and three types of fajitas, beef, chicken and pulled pork all served generously with ample time to enjoy the surroundings.
I highly recommend Claudia and this agency.

Great tour with amazing guides. Had so much fun exploring, got amazing pictures, and learned a lot about Tulum and it’s history and natural beauty. Thank you Gabo for an incredible day!
