Big Pepe, Raul and Diego did a great job and made it a fun experience! We started off at the Tulum ruins which was very beautiful and educational, snorkeling was a blast, and the cenote was a total thrill. I would recommend to all.

It was amazing. My guide and driver Marcela, and Tony, were awesome and so thoughtful & made us feel safe & relaxed! Would recommend to friends.

We did this tour with Rafa a few days ago and he was just simply AMAZING! So knowledgeable, responsible, funny, and full of energy. I feel compelled to write this review so that more people will choose this tour with Ocean Tours. My husband and I already knew that Tulum would be beautiful but we were pleasantly surprised by the snorkelling and cave/cenote experience which were even better. We went to the most out of this world pretty beach in Tulum for snorkelling. The water was warm, and we saw a number of sting rays in addition to sea turtles. It was honestly a dream come true for me. Rafa ensured that the group was together and close to him at all times and kept head counts so I felt extra safe. While in the cenote which was fully closed, hence also called a cave, we did a small cliff jump which was just a little scary but so much fun! I can’t recommend this tour enough. Don’t even have the smallest bit of hesitation. Worth noting that there will be a photographer who will be taking photos along the trip which you can opt to purchase at the end of the tour. Our photographer (bearded guy, can’t remember his name now) was so so talented and had so many amazing shots. Oftentimes we barely even knew he was taking photos but they came out great. $40 was not too expensive to pay for his work and beautiful photos of our memories!

Our tour guide Claudia was great! We saw lots of wildlife while snorkeling and swimming through the cenote was a great experience too.

Sarah was amazing. She was full of knowledge on the Tulums and Cenotes. She kept us informed on the agenda at each stop. Lunch was Delicious. William took beautiful pictures while we snorkeled and in the Cenotes.
