My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience on this excursion! Our tour guide, Maryna, was extremely knowledgeable, high spirited, safe, and just overall a great guide that we HIGHLY recommend!! We also had a great professional photographer, Antonio, who captured some magical moments on our tour with his state of the art photography! And we bought the pictures too! Last but not least, we had an extremely safe driver, Angel, who got us to each destination safely and efficiently! He even watched our van and was able to retrieve things for us. What a great staff!

This trip was very nice. The guide, Stefan Koppenhöfer, was awesome and told a lot of interesting facts.

This tour was amazing! Reuben was our tour guide and he was so great.
We had transportation included and it made everything so much easier. The van was on time and pickup for the other members after us was super quick.
My favorite part of the tour was the caves. I’ve never done something like that and I don’t think I would have gotten the same experience without a guide.
Having a guide at the Ruins was also great. They were really cool to look at, but having information presented to us made it so much better.

Diego/Juan P/Sergio… what a magnificent trio!!! Great personalities that made the amazing tour even more amazing! So knowledgeable and FUN!!! Super helpful.. Diego went above and beyond with several of the members of the tour that were extremely difficult and he kept his cool 100% of the time.. he should be renamed to St. Diego!!
This tour was also a magnificent trio… Tulum, snorkeling and a cenote… what fun! Amazing day, amazing experience…a must do tour for sure! Treated so well from as soon as we boarded the bus from our hotel. Waters and snacks throughout the day plus lunch! PLUS professional photographer with us to take pics… they were great and well worth the additional money!
Only suggestion would be to allow for more time in the amazing gift shop in Tulum..other than that… 5 star fun!!

The tour was good and our guide Sarah was very well-informed. We enjoyed the Mayan ruins and the cenote tour and were extremely pleased with those parts of this excursion. Here are things that you should know before you go:
1. We were in a full packed van for the excursion. Shoulder to shoulder for the people that sat in the last row.
2. The description says that the tour is 7 hours which is not correct. It was over 10 hours and at least 4 of the hours were spent driving in the packed van. For us, that was too much driving and would have been a reason to not take this excursion.
3. We were told at pick up that we would not be snorkeling in the ocean because of the wind. We were taken to an inlet which was tiny and packed with people. We did see some interesting fish but were asked to stay with our group and were only in the water for about 30 minutes. I have been on many snorkeling outings and have never before been asked to stay with the group.
4. Our group had several non-experienced snorkelers. Because the guide wanted us to stay together, we had to wait for the new people to receive instructions on how to fit the mask, how to breathe, how to get in and out of water in finds, how to breath in water, etc.
5. The worst of it was that we were told that we could not wear any sunblock at all. This was not made clear to us prior to the excursion. Sarah told us that they had long sleeve t-shirts available for purchase to protect us from the sun for $25! What a scam. They should make it clear about the sunblock in advance of the tour so that the customer can be prepared without having to buy the rip-off t-shirt. We had reef safe sunblock with us but were told that it was not acceptable.
As I said, the ruins and cenote were great, as was our drive and Sarah the guide. They took excellent care of us, provided cold waters and snacks and a delicious Mexican lunch. If you don’t mind hours of driving in a cramped van, not being able to use sunblock and a beginners snorkeling experience, you will probably be fine with this outing.
