This is an amazing tour. Michel our tour guide was the best, so much knowledge and passion for nature and what he does. The only drawback is that during the snorkeling, it was too crowded, all different tour boats “parked” so close to each other you would swim but had to be very careful not to hit or be hit by somebody else, my suggestion is that different boats park with enough distance so it won’t be as crowded, besides I think animals get scared away by so much noise and chaos of so many people together. The tour guide for the ruins wasn’t as great as Michel, he seemed to just be speeding and get it over with.
Cenotes was my favorite experience! Peaceful and spiritual.
Even though it’s a 3 experience in 1 day is very manageable and not so intensely challenging (I didn’t wanted a “physical workout” on my vacation!) there was 1 person in my group that didn’t know how to swim and Michel helped him and made it super comfortable for him to experience everything, I hope all tour guides are like him so it doesn’t limit to people who can swim.
Definitely I would do it again and ask for my same tour guide if possible!

My family and I really enjoyed our time on this tour. Carlos was a fantastic guide for us. He was very informative and also funny the entire time. While seeing the ruins and doing the snorkeling in the reef were a big part of this, we really found the cenotes and caves to be the most interesting and fun part of the day. I would recommend though that you get the life vest though. It can get deeper in there than you would think. There was never anyone in danger but it might make you work a little more than you’d want to…especially after eating the awesome lunch they provide. I should also mention Tony, their photographer. He did a great job for both the snorkeling and cenotes. Great tour led by a great team.

I thought it was a very good tour but the destinations were so far. The travel time took most of the day. We got picked up at 0650 in the morning and didn’t get back till 515. There was alot of time waiting between sites, also time spent on pictures extended our time. Also they were charging an exchange rate of 21 pesos versus the 18 which was set by Mexico. When we questioned why they were charging above the exchange rate. They said that is what the company charges. If you had no cash u had to pay more in pesos to actually get your pictures. But the pictures were beautiful, I just don’t think patrons should have to wait for others to do photo shoots, or at least tell us that pictures would take so long, and let other people continue on with the tour. Cenotes were beautiful and snorkeling was fun. Tour guide and driver were very nice and helpful.

AMAZING experience. Pepe (BB) Alexa and Ruben were our tour guide crew, they were all very positive, informative and funny! Pepe answered all of our questions and was passionate and very well educated on the history and knowledgeable about all the spots we visited. I was very pleased with this tour and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something to do in Cancun/Tulum. I would love to go again with Pepes crew. Frank took amazing photos for a very good price! We are so happy with how everything went.

Great experience. Wasn’t much to see with snorkeling but that’s nature. The ruines and cenote were great. The guide was very helpful, informative and engaging.
