Fantastic tour, money well spent! Michel, our tour guide, treated us like family. He is a wealth of knowledge and his passion for nature and Mexico show throughout the tour. He is worth requesting and we will request him next time we go. The cave centotes are the highlight of the trip. One thing we were not aware of was the purchase of the photos for the entire day. Need a credit card or cash but the photos are all or none so you need to purchase all. We bought and they were worth the purchase! Tulum was great as well but this attraction is busy and it gets hot. Take the umbrella that is provided free of charge, you won’t regret it. There is also a meal and snack and plenty of water provided which was great. It was a long day, but Michel made it go fast and is very inviting which made us enjoy the whole day.

The cenote was nothing less than amazing! Truly a magical thing to do in Cancun. Our guide was just as great.

We love snorkeling and the cenotes! I did not realize we would be swimming in the cenotes which was such a unique experience. They bring you out in a boat for the snorkeling. We saw sea turtles and sting rays and plenty of fish for snorkeling. They have a photographer that follows you on the trip and took pretty good pictures that we did end up buying. Arturito and Wendy were great!

This tour was AWESOME! Our guide was a lovely lady from Germany and was so personable and helpful! My boyfriend and I were the first to be picked up in the Cancun hotel zone very early in the morning, and once the van got full, the guide noticed we were all tired and hungry since the resorts didn’t have breakfast open before we left the resort, so she offered to either stop in playa del Carmen for a local breakfast or Starbucks. We all decided on a local breakfast and was a great little treat on our way to Tulum.
The ruins were amazing, but when we went snorkeling, that was a bit disappointing. It was my boyfriends first time snorkeling and it felt like we were a pack of sardines in the water. WAY too many boats and people, not even enough room to kick your feet to swim without hitting someone or being hit. Once we got back to land we headed to the cenote. The day prior we went to this terrible cenote so we weren’t expecting anything too magical about this one, but WOW, we were shocked by how beautiful this one was! Truly breathtaking.
We had lunch which was very good, and they surprised my boyfriend with a cake for his 21st birthday ! What a cool treat that we will both remember always !
We bought the professional photos that they offered, and this is where i had to drop the rating from a 5 to a 4 because we were told that we would get 55 of my boyfriend and I specifically. We were a little surprised at the amount of photos that was quoted because we didn’t think they took that many of us, so we had the guide confirm with the photographer to make sure it was of just me and my boyfriend in case of a language barrier, and the photographer assured it was 55 photos of only us. We got only about 8 photos of us and the rest was of the ruins, the cenote, turtles, etc. We had already taken photos like those with our phones so it was pretty disappointing. Please just keep that in mind if you choose to buy the photos.
All in all, this trip was AMAZING! Definitely a must do while in or around Cancun. If we knew about the photos though, we wouldn’t have paid so much for them.

Nora, our tour guide, was FABULOUS! The cenotes were unbelievable! Tulum was interesting. The snorkeling was my least favorite but we did see a sea turtle and stingrays which helped. Nora was so knowledgeable and truly made the tour!
