My husband and I went on this day tour with our two daughters (16 and 13) and to say we LOVED every minute is an understatement. This day was fabulous from start to finish. Our tour guide, Mac, was knowledgeable, funny and gave individual attention to every person in our group and on this tour. Our driver did an amazing job navigating and getting from Cancun to Tulum and all the spots on the tour. And the tour photographer, Diego was SO wonderful at capturing special moments! Mac started the day saying it was going to be a great adventure and it was that and so much more! The day started with a walking tour through the ruins at Tulum, and then we drove a short distance to go snorkeling at the reef off a Tulum beach, and ended the day at the Xtun Caverns with lunch and swimming in one of the cenotes there. The ruins were fascinating and our guide showed us so many interesting things there. During the snorkeling, we had the opportunity to see so many fish, turtles, sting ray and squid. And my families favorite part of the tour was visiting the cenote where we had lunch (delicious!) and had the opportunity to swim through the cave and see the stalagtites and stalagmites. Both my daughters picked that part of the tour as their favorite thing we did during our entire trip to Cancun. As a mom, just seeing their smiles and delight the entire day was priceless! Thank you so much for this wonderful day and the memories that will last a lifetime!

First off, believe me when I say your tour guide will make all the difference and Rafael is the best tour guide I have ever seen, outstanding energy and spirit. His history knowledge and explanation of each area definitely enhanced the experience. I’m not sure if you can actual request him but if possible do it without hesitation. I had the pleasure of touring with my girlfriend plus a great group of awesome people, as well. All three locations were perfect but the snorkeling and cenote are can’t miss opportunities. Fun factor is definitely a 10!!

Everything went well except they need to explain about photo package in detail and not force people to feel like they have to buy anything.I told the tour guy I didn’t want to purchase and she told me that she couldn’t get in touch with him and that I would have to purchase them.

This excursion was great, especially for the price. I definitely suggest to bring water shoes/socks, sunblock, a waterproof cover for your phone (or a GoPro) to record/take pictures, bug spray, a towel and water/sports drinks. Prepare to do a lot of swimming- snorkeling was great so was swimming in the cenotes! Our guide Pepe was an amazing, informative and funny tour guide- absolutely recommend him as a tour guide!

This is really a fun and worth it tour, Sarah was very knowledgeable. You start from visiting one of the archeological sites, i feel like there was definitely not a lot of time they give us to be on our own because you have to be with the tour guide all the time, which is fine for some cases since they just want to keep us safe. Overall we enjoyed it and loved the experience.
