My partner and I had so much fun on this tour and with our tour guide, Jose/Pepe. We had a great group, and got to do all the top things we wanted to do in Tulum in one trip. The ruins were awesome to see, and in snorkeling we saw three turtles, multiple sting rays and lots of fish! Then, best of all, the Cenote was so beautiful – truly unreal.
Note: if you have someone with motion sickness with you, I’d just advise they take medicine for it before the snorkeling and Cenote, as the short boat ride and car ride can be a bit rocky.
Highly recommend!!!

Great experience! Our tour guide, Sarah, was professional and informative and made sure we all had a safe/fun time. Tulum was very cool to see in person. Snorkeling was beautiful and the cenote was the COOLEST. Be sure to get the picture package at the end because they are worth it (and really you’re only chance for good shots of the cenote). We had a group of 6 with 3 adults and 3 teens. We all thought it was worth the early rise and travel time.

Absolutely awesome! I will book through Ocean Tours again. Pepe was our tour guide. He was so entergetic and fun and knowledgable. Our historian was Elias, who was also brilliant and great personality. Then Tony, our photographer, was amazing. Creative and great quality pictures (priced very reasonably for the whole package!). Finally, our driver, George, was always there and waiting for us, and very courteous. The Tulum Ruins were beautiful (It’s a bit of a walk, make sure you wear comfy walking shoes, take water and maybe carry an umbrella for shade.) The snorkeling was fun (you want to wear sandals down to the beach that you dont mind getting sandy when you come back from snorkeling) and Pepe found stingrays and a turtle for us to check out. And finally the Cenote. The ride out there is terrible and bumpy (but Pepe had a great playlist to try and keep our mind off it!) and the mosquitos were also terrible, but the food was good, the walk down to the Cenote was not very long, and it was SO BEAUTIFUL! It involves more swimming than walking, which I loved (the Rio Secreto Cenote tour involved a lot of walking over rough terrain and was more of a workout, hard on your legs and feet) . The water is brisk and refreshing. Again, Pepe shared a lot of information about the caves and we really enjoyed having him as our guide.

Let me tell you….Rafael is the man with the plan! The amount of information and enthusiasm in one information makes you just want to go on that trip the very next day. The driver was funny and super amazing. The camera man took amazing shots. Some of the best pictures I’ve ever seem underwater. I cant say enough! The caves were the most amazing way to cap off the end of the day. I truly and honestly wish i could of tipped more then I did. Rafael is worth $100-$200 a day if not more. Please Please Please take this trip. Don’t wear sunscreen or bug repellant it will hurt the turtles habitat and mess up the clean fresh water in the caves!
