Before the transport arrived, I called Ocean Tours to ask for our tour guide’s info and was told our guide would be Nora and that she was the best. They weren’t lying, we had theeee literal best day with Nora, Jose, and Natalia. So much culture, history, fun, and good vibes all wrapped up in a day. Lunch was tasty as well. 10/10 and would recommend again!

This excursion was amazing! Our guide was JP and he was funny and made the excursion a blast! Request him! The guide and driver picked us up right on time. Out first stop was the Mayan ruins which were amazing to see. Our expert guide at the Mayan ruins was kind of hard to understand but was upbeat and knowledgeable. Next we headed to the beach for snorkeling. Pro tip, request Emerson as your photographer and let your guide know that you will for sure be buying the picture package at the end (a bargain at $40) and would appreciate as many photos of your couple/group as possible and you’ll take care of him at the end with a good tip. I chose not to bring an underwater camera as I had faith in Emerson to get us really good pics. Having a selfie stick with a camera or your phone in the case in your hands kind of ruins the magic of the photo that Emerson, or your photographer, will take. I’m a Certified advanced diver and asked if the life jackets were mandatory. Our guide said absolutely. But I was able to ask that at the end if I could take off the life jacket and if Emerson could get some shots of me free diving at the end which they made happen. During the snorkeling excursion we were visiting by a plethora of fish, sea turtles, rays, needlefish, sea urchins and the second largest reef in the world. The equipment they offer is very good. My wife and I opted to bring our own but I believe we would of been just as good with there equipment. Next up was the cenotes Xtun. Pro tip, bring a waterproof flashlight and a lanyard to attach to your life jacket and bring your phone in a waterproof case. Your photographer will take pics of you jumping in the cenotes but that’s it. You’ll be able to catch some good memories with your phone while exploring the cenotes which is an amazing experience. Do the Mayan leap of faith at the end! This excursion is a must book and it’s no wonder they are number one on trip advisor!

Very fun experience!
The cave was for sure the best. While snorkeling we saw a turtle and sting rays. Niko our tour guide made it fun and was very knowledgeable.

Every part of this excursion was amazing. If you are looking for a day trip this is it. Just enough time at each location and not to much. Rafa was the best! He was very knowledgeable at each point and was very engaging.
