I think the most frustrating part about this experience is that every corner there was someone or something asking for money. That and the fact after all the “excursions” you have to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for a van to arrive while you’re covered in mud. The Zipline, ATV & Cenote were all very okay adventures nothing was too extraordinary. In addition the provided tacos were basic but of course you had the option to spend even more money so they could monetize off of you. There was also no “free” water provided. My best advice is to adhere to the poor comments made, this company is nothing but a money hungry scam.

Very unprofessional company. I sent them multiple emails and no one responded. I called and no one responded. I was contacted the day of my pick up at 7:10 am via email to be ready for pickup at 7:30 am. The original pick up time was supposed to be 8:30 am. My hotel and pick up time was supposed to be confirmed the day before and this did not happen. They refused to give me a full refund. Flor, my contact assistant, did not do her job.

The ATVs were not brilliant as one had a flat tyre and one wouldn’t start, however the tour guides were very good and we enjoyed it. The Cenote was lovely and the zip lines good fun – however the whole experience was interrupted by being told how dirty we’d get and being sold items at inflated price as soon as arrived (that were NOT needed!) then asked to sit at a table and handed a menu with drinks and items to buy and then had a diving experience sold to us … all before we even started! After the ATV it was a sales pitch for Tequila, then it was through another gift shop where we were made to stop before the minibus to cenote. Back through said gift shop to zip line and then back through it again for the lunch – all added extras pushed and a show performed with a guy and his begging bowl put under your nose. To finish, we were then pitched photos from the day which were a 4/10 at best and all for $90!! All in all a good experience was overshadowed by the chance to make more from us… my advice go on the speed boats !!

Communication is not the best in understanding what you are exactly do before you arrive but it was a good trip. Pickup was late but we still got there in time. They have several activities to do and the order is based on what is being done at that time. Cenote is last, then lunch. The food was great. The Cenote is small and below average but still fun to get in and clean all the mud off from the ATV. The zip lines are fun (about 6 that you do) but if you are from the US, don’t be expecting any OSHA standards to be held. I felt safe, but it reminded me of something I would build in a tree when I was a kid.
