This is a wonderful experience for those looking for a physical activity. Our guide’ “Q”, was terrific. We enjoyed all of it but the Cenote was our favorite.

Money trap. Pressuring you to buy something throughout every part of the adventure. At the end, we waited over an hour for our transportation back to the hotel. During that time we were begged to purchase more multiple times.
Our tour guide, “Skinny Boy” along with the other guides were great! The Cenote, ATV trails, zip lining, and tequila tasting were fantastic!! The constant nagging to buy something by other employees just left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
Others on the tour shared that they had very similar feelings and were not pleased.

My favorite part of this whole experience was really everything..From zip lining to atv riding but the best part was the Tequila tasting at the private Cenote Swim..The lady who make those tacos should get a good raise lol because those tacos was so good..The whole experience was fun..Our tour guys was funny..One of them say to call him mr skinny 🤣 and Alberto was great as well..

Our tour guide “Skinny Boy” was great, but that is where the positive ends.
Literally from the second we got off the transport to the time we left there was constant begging for our money.
This “half day” activity had us away from the resort for seven hours. There were four of us together and the drive from Moon Palace to the excursion took an hour and twenty minutes because we had to stop and pick up one other couple. And then of course, an hour and twenty minutes back. So that accounts for three hours of the seven. Of the remaining four, only one and a half hours were spent actually enjoying the activities (30 minutes at the cenote, 30 minutes zip lining and 30 minutes atv’ing). So two and a half hours were spent SELLING us stuff.
We enjoyed the tequila tasting, but saw through the samples for what it actually was, a chance to SELL us tequila. The Mayan dance was awkward and uncomfortable. The “lunch “ was two tiny tacos that you could upgrade for a price. And we were basically done for over an hour and had to wait for our transportation back. It felt like we were being held hostage until we bought something.
Also, if you still are considering purchasing this activity, make sure to pay more for each person to have their own atv. My butt is still bruised from riding on the back of ours. My hubby could stand up and absorb the shock with his legs but I did not have that option.
Do not wear any clothes on this trip that you care about. Between the grease from the zip lines to the mud from the atvs, your clothes might not recover.
Lockers are a deposit of $10 but they give you a refund of $5 when you give them back their janky lock (which I highly doubt stops anyone from going in the locker if they really want to).
I would have given this three stars until they held us captive for so long. But we just wanted to leave and we were not allowed.

This was not a good experience. No one told us what was going on at the beginning and we sat for half an hour. They didn’t include all of the things listed in the advertisement. They charge extra for water shoes and goggles. When you get there they pressure you into upgrading to more expensive options. We got 20 minutes in the Cenote, there were three zip lines that took 20 minutes, and the ATVs were trash. We had 5-6 break down. We were constantly stopping so they could fix them. You go down two trails and turn around. My atv seat fell off and I feel lucky that was all because the ATVs are ready to fall apart.
Pros: if you want pictures that look like you had fun in Mexico you can get them here. The bus picked us up and dropped us off at our apartment.
Cons: Everything else about the excursion.
