We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

What a great day! Arrived at 8:30 a.m. and well worth it to come early when the park just opens. You can explore the area before people start coming in. There is lots to see and do here. Snorkeling is by far superb here! The only negative thing I can say here is I did not eat breakfast and was told none of the restaurants do not open up until 10:00 a.m. but this was minor!

My kids absolutely LOVED this place. Food was good (all inclusive), snorkeling was good too (LOTS of places to check out). My kids loved the water slide tower, the 15ft cliff jumps, the zip lines and ropes courses over the water, and the snorkeling… We ran non-stop for 10 hrs at the park and loved every minute of it. They have “up sells” like snuba, manatee swims, dolphin swims, etc. We didn’t do ANY of those and still had a blast!! If you have kids and are in playa del carmen (or Cancun), you need to check out this place. Just make sure the weather is warm enough since you are in the water all day long.

We had a family of 9 ranging in ages from 1 year old to 58 years old. We had a great time. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed it. They could have had a little more instruction on how to get around the park and the facilities that were available for the baby but all in all a great place to go with the family. The only reason we won’t give it a 5 star rating is because we paid the maximum price for our photos, $140 USD and we were able to view the pictures on their computer but when we went to their download site later we were missing several photos that we know of. We were very disappointed because a few of the missing ones had some great pictures of the family. There is an email address if you have issues. We sent an email to them to try and get the other pictures, we know they received it as we received an immediate response that said thank you for your inquiry, we will respond within 24 hours. We NEVER got a response regarding our missing photos. For that reason, I”m giving this place a 3 star rating.

What a great day with a 3, 5, 7, and 9 year old. All had a blast. Loved the kids playground and snorkeling and seeing the dolphins and manatees!! Water was a little murky in parts but when you get on fish you really see them. So get in the water early. Food was great!! Little bland but good!! Orange juice and green chilicelies were my breakfast favorites.

Lighthouse slide was worth the one trip up. Wear a shirt and plug your nose. Each joint zaps your back and the last part is like you are in a washing machine before you hit the water. Beautiful view from the top.

Pretty pricey but worth it with food and drinks included.
